Great place for business trip
I love staying here. You feel like you never need to leave. Entertainment, great restaurants and a fabulous room. I only wish they served a nice breakfast and provided WiFi for less than $15 for one day.

Great as overnight stop
We booked this hotel as a stop over before a five hour drive to South Alabama. All staff from bellboys, to receptionists, to waiters were exceptional. All four of us were tired so we ordered room service that was delivered at exactly the time we were told it would. All the food was delicious. The beds were comfortable and we all felt refreshed for the long drive. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, average rooms
This hotel is massive and the staff was friendly. The rooms are average. The bathroom is tiny, so if you're sharing a room prepare to be crammed. We arrived at 1am and there were no restaurants open and room service menu is very limited and only available until 2am. So if you're hungry after 2am then you're out of luck. But that problem probably only applicable to a small percentage of guests. There was a cockroach in our room and we were immediately moved to a different room and the staff was apologetic. We were told that they couldn't refund a portion of our room charge since we booked through this site, so that was a downside of not booking directly with the hotel. Overall the hotel was average. The staff was very friendly.

Convention stay
We stayed at this hotel while at a convention because it was close to the Georgia World Congress Center. The downtown location is a major plus. It is close to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola and Olympic Park. The MARTA public transportation is just a block or two away. There are restaurants within walking distance. The interior architecture is very interesting with an open atrium that narrows as the elevation increases. A quick trip up to the top floor to look down is worth the few minutes it takes. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; the staff was helpful and professional. Free WiFi is available in the lobby and public floors only. Internet access in the room is an additional daily charge.

Overpriced & Lacks Personality
Overpriced. Corkage fees, so don't bring your own alcohol. No fridge in room, so don't bother bringing your leftovers back to the hotel room from Atlanta's top notch restaurants unless you want to pay $15 extra to have a fridge in your room. I was not impressed. I have stayed in Microtel's and Holiday Inn's with cleaner rooms and more comfortable beds. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows felt like they were bought from the $1 clearance section at a Sear's. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

good for business, but not for family.
I stayed the hotel for a job. Everything is expensive in the hotel. And there is no fridge in the room. For business, it is good hotel, but the hotel is not kind for family stay.
