Fantastic Family Getaway
The staff was wonderful. The ladies at the desk were always warm and friendly. They always tried to meet all of our needs. The room was cleaned daily.Breakfast was well prepared and made us want to eat it each day. The young men who cleaned the common area were friendly and worked hard each day.

Everyone I spoke to that worked in the hotel was so helpful and genuinely nice. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to a friend. It is absolutely spotless, and the beds are out of this world.

Try somewhere else
This hotel was not terrible, but I definitely would not return. The beds were hard, the air conditioner and refridgerator were noisy, and the hotel in general was noisy -- not enough soundproofing! The location was handy, our main goal, but I didn't sleep well. Also the desk clerk was surly.

For the most part - a good deal
The downside of our room was the bathroom... specifically the shower... in great need of an overhaul. Shower head was useless... Other than that the room was very comfortable... very clean... I would definitely stay again... after checking out the shower.

Very good stay.
Pleasant. Very competent and kind staff, convenient beakfast. Excellent location for my needs. I was assisting to a two days convention at the "Jehovah's Witnesses Conventio Center" at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Definitely I'll be back if acomodation available next year.

Holiday Inn Express
Check in was fast and easy. The desk clerk was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and printing boarding passes. The free breakfast was what I expected - not gourmet, but not awful. Room was clean an comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Staff professional, helpful and curtious. Given good advice about local resturants, (where the locals go for great dinning), not the tourist chain. The desk just personell need to remember a 7am call is a 7am call not a 630am call thanks. :
