Efficient Business Hotel

Perfect Pet-Friendly Retreat for Weekend Getaway
Even though our room was a bit small, it wasn't bad by any means. Only downfall was that because we didn't have a crate for our dog to stay in our hotel room..room service wouldn't clean our room for the 2 nights we were there, even though we shut the dog in the bathroom and they still could've cleaned the remainder of the room. Hotel staff was very friendly and gave our dog treats and welcomed us everytime we came and went. We were just here for the weekend to go to Busch Gardens, was pretty close to the park and got a great deal through Mobile booking. We would definetely stay here again if we were offered a bigger suite, and at least be able to open a window or have a balcony but we noticed none of the rooms here had a balcony but the windows didn't open in our room either, kind of weird, and no fan in the restroom. No continental breakfast..breakfast buffet offered at $15 per person.

Busch Gardens has gotten so much better over the years, despite no more free beer samples, it is still a great park for couples, families, etc. all around! Check it out if you're in town for sure!

3 minutes down cypress is cypress point park. what a nice little gem, to sit on the beach on the harbor side or go for a walk through the park. Beautiful sunset.

just ok
front desk was very pleasant - the rooms are small (I understand that the ones on the club level are bigger?)- beds were comfy but the bathrooms need upgrading - our bathtub was not clean when we checked in and since its older its stained which made it look even worse - walls in bathroom and toilet needed to be wiped down as there was some "extras" on both... the experience was just plain OK =\

Great Trip & Hotel
The Hotel had different themes each nite with free food and drink the hotel staff made everyone feel welcome . The room was clean and comfortable. the only complaint I reserved a King size bed on line when I arrived i was told they didnt have any and there was no gruarantee w/ third party Res, but they gave me one
