Stay was great

We visited Tampa, FL for two days and it rained both days, however we pushed thru and went to Busch Gardens and some indoor activities... The staff was great in helping us find activities, restaurants and anything we wanted to do... Friendly, helpful, and positive at all times. Rooms were good as well. I'm not a fan of hotels but I would always stay here when visiting Tampa Busch Gardens.. Shuttle was great service too.

Probably the best value around

Everything went well nothing out of the ordinary or great to say but happy that there wasn't anything negative either! Happy to return!

Great stay

Nice hotel rooms, very clean. I needed a wheelchair accessible room. The room had handle bars next to the toilet and in the shower. However, I would have preferred no tub since this makes it more complicated for someone with disabilities to get inside the tub. A shower with a door it's way more convenient. Aside from this, it's a great value. The included breakfast is average and very basic, just don't expect something very fancy.

Family getaway

Very nice and clean. Nice pool. Breakfast could have been better. When we went to breakfest there was no gravy left and very little eggs.

excellant hotel

The room was clean and well maintained. We were met with a smile and helpful information from the front desk. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The hot food breakfast was very good and I was helped with the waffle machine that I never have used without having to ask. I would go back no question asked!

Staff very nice!

Very clean hotel with up-dated features. Hotel has drop-off at the gate of Bush Gardens, Bush Gardens parking is $14.00 to start! We checked in late but hotel staff helped us find a good place to eat near by.

weekend in Tampa

Visiting son who is a grad student at USF. Good location..close to USF and the interstates. Nice pool..great breakfasts. Staff was very nice on check in..but ignored us as we passed the desk on our trips in and out. Have tried several hotels in the area..would stay here again.

Great Stay

Staff were friendly - rooms comfy - great breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and it was great. There is a huge choice of dining opportunities nearby. Busch Gardens, Lowery Zoo and the University are all a stone's throw away. Would definitely stay there again.

Did the Job

The hotel had a great staff, was clean and had great rooms. If I were going for the amenities, I would've been slightly let down. Pool area was nice, continental breakfast was ok, and fitness room was ok. As long as you have something to do while you are staying there it does the job. It does have a great location in my opinion, close to many local attractions. All in all I would recommend it.
