The hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants, the airport, and 20 minutes from the beach. Plenty of parking, nice pool but not very big, wide open halls and very nice laundry room right on our floor. I would give the exterior and location 4 stars. The inside was OK, with flat screen TVs and modern kitchen. The only problem, like other reviews mention, was the pull out bed from the couch. It needs to be thrown away. The mattress has been compacted over the years to 1/2 of padding and you can feel all the springs. I had to use the cushions from the couch to prop the bed from underneath since the springs sag in the middle. The balcony was nice with view to the bay. It is also nice that they clean the rooms every 3 days, a plus for a condo. I would give the inside of the room a 2 due to the bad mattress on the pull out bed and several roaches that we found around the bathroom and kitchen.

First, your credit card is charged $20 per night to cover incurred costs (since there are no mini bars it is hard to know what those costs could be); it can take weeks to recoup these extraneous charges. Second, I stayed here 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room, even after I spoke with the front desk about it. But these experiences, while annoying, paled in comparison to this: on my second night in the room, the front desk called my room after 11pm and claimed their computer had wiped out their records and needed my credit card info again. I told them I was reluctant to give out info over the phone but they were insistent. I told them I would give them my info -- which included the full credit card number and security code -- in the morning when I checked out, but they said it had to be done then. It really sounded like a complete scam and I politely and firmly told them I would not be giving out the info at 11 at night over the phone; I hung up. In the morning, there was not another word about it. I had never experienced what really felt like a scam before, certainly not at a hotel that was otherwise "respectable." If you really have to stay here, watch your back!

The hotel was in a good location near the airport and had a view of the bay. The sunset beach area was pretty and relaxing. The staff was polite and provided a sheet with directions to restaurants and attractions in the area. The room was large and included a large flat screen TV in the living room; microwave, full-sized fridge and sink in the kitchen; and another TV in the separate bedroom. The towels and toiletries were the only thing I didn't really like.

Hotel was fine . Room was nice size with great view.pool was fun. Hotel in a business area you need car to get to tourist areas . Free shuttle to close areas ok. All in all its a good value

Really great place to stay, excellent location. Has a small beach area that fills up quick on sunny days, no access to water though. Beautiful views of the bay. Nice clean rooms with full kitchens. I'd stay here again!

The view was espectacular!!! The room was confortable and clean. Great stay!

We found it to be a central location to travel for our vacation. We seen friends in largo 15 minuites away. We went to clearwater beach for the day 20 minuites away. The sand looked to be pure white. It's about a 1 hour 45 minuite drive to Orlando where we spent the day visiting our friends on vacation at there condo. Spent several days at the pool where it was clean and heated. the only problem we found was the the couch was very unconfortable and very hard when watching TV.

Room as advertised is relatively honest. Pros: Living room ocean view, full kitchen facility with utensils in unit, low cost, WIFI internet, sandy play area outside, nice balcony, very close to airport and downtown Tampa, convenient parking, living room sleeper couch is adequate. Easy to find and get to. Pool looked clean and water was warm - but too cold outside and windy to actually swim in it. Cons: bedroom does NOT have ocean view. cleaning service mediocre, but not horrible. No beach. 30 to 40 minute drive to Clearwater beach. No restaurant or food on site. Nothing interesting in walking distance - MUST have car to go anywhere interesting. No much room for hanging wet beach ware. NO BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED (though they do provide towels for their own pool). We used the bathroom towels provided to take to the beach. I would recommend this to a VERY budget conscious traveler. But you'll want to grocery shop and lay in supplies. It's kind of like renting an apartment. Not really a full service place. But its clean and convenient.

Expected a suite hotel room with nice amenities in great location. Location was very good and the outdoor decor of place was nice. Our room smelled bad, was very outdated with very lumpy worn sofa bed. Also, there were no safety rails for bunk bed despite getting charged for extra space/room size. Also, no crib or even apology for fact that resevation had crib requested and listed on confirmation. Left us in a scramble!! When discussed at check out, the personnel criticized me for not asking for bunk bed rails and told me to take my problem with no crib to website
