Mainsail All-Suites Hotel is five minutes from Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium, near Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Gulf Coast beaches, Legends Field, Tampa Convention Center and the Tampa Performing Arts Center. The hotel is convenient to many national business corporations including Nielsen Media and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Suites are more than double the size of standard rooms and include a full kitchen, living and dining room. - The One Bedroom Suite is 725 sq ft which is more than twice the size of a typical hotel room. The Suite feature one queen sized bed and offer Cable TV with over 20 channels and Showtime, Iron and Ironing board in each room, Hair dryer, 2-line telephone and free local calls, high speed internet, Coffee makers, AM/FM radio alarm clocks, Voice mail service, Executive desk and chair Indoor climate control, Private balcony or patio, Full kitchen and dining room, Living room with TV, sofa and armchair. The One Bedroom can accommodate up to two people. Rollaway Beds are available for $10 an evening per extra guest over the maximum occupancy.

mainsail - over promise and under deliver
staring with airport pickup, they said they would be there in 15 minutes. 45 mins later and after 3 calls, they arrived. They didn't have our room with 2 beds as reserved. They stuffed us into a 1 bedroom with a sofa, not a pull out. they agreed to send up blankets,sheets, pillows for the sofa. 2 hrs later - nothing. another call. another hour. nothing. finally delivered after 3 phone calls, 1 visit to the desk and 3 hrs later. come on people, you are running a hotel. this isn't rocket science. Breakfast: toaster was busted and tables were dirty. Kitchen in room had nothing. no towels, napkins, sliverware, nothing. why have a kitchen then?

Great Tampa Getaway
Stayed for 4 days after our cruise and to go to Yankees game. The hotel is a condo and was great!! Lots of room, beautiful surroundings, like a mini apartment. Very clean, with laundry room by pool. Restaurants and shopping and Yankee stadium close by - need car to get to. Would highly recommend !!

Room not ready at check in time. Bath sink had whiskers from someone shaving. Beautiful setting, big suite, staff was friendly and helpful; however, waiting on store customers detracted from check in attention. All things considered would stay there again.

Great place to stay
Very comfortable room, although noisy from air traffic. Restaurant understaffed. Breakfast buffet was difficult to navigate and missing a lot of items listed on the menu. It was a nice place for the money, and was landscaped very nicely.

Family Vacation
Was a wonderful place to stay. Would stay there again if we get back. Staff was so nice & friendly. Felt very safe being in a gated facility.

Very Pleasant
We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this hotel. The staff was super nice and the 2-bedroom suite was roomy and very comfortable. I will stay there again!

Good but not great
First annoyance: Wifi is not free, I do not recall at this time but I believe it was around $10/day. Though I traveled for vacation, I had worked to do and found myself tethering to my phone. Based on the numerous cell based access points I was picking up, I wasn't the only one. I find this odd given that the hotel markets its conference center. Wifi tends to be standard fair for most hotels so I was a bit disapointed. The gym was excellent, and the location within 20min of Busch Gardens. I would not call it centrally located, but for the price and large size of the suite, close enough. The size of the rooms were great. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I would have liked (no dish soap or paper towels, but I did find a corkscrew!) but ample room and the basic set of appliances. The couch was rather industrial and uncomfortable, but the patio was nice to sit on. I would also say that there was a dinginess to the room, especially the bathroom. Based on the vol. of mold in one shower corner I'd say it hadn't been cleaned well in some time. So there you have it, for a two bedroom suite, the price was right and the accommodations acceptable. For an extra $40 a night I could have stayed at more "well known" chain and avoid these qualms. Still I'm not sorry that I save the cash and would stay again. I
