Unclean and Unkept
The room looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The dishes in the kitchen area weren't clean at all. The towels were old and worn. The bedding had holes in them. The room was nicely arranged and had great potential for an excellent stay, but it hadn't been attended to for quite some time.

The hotel claimed to have high speed internet but it wasn't accessible. The cleaning staff didn't clean the room or replace any dirty cups etc. There was a bar in the hotel but when asked the front desk clerk told us there was no where around to get a drink. We only discovered it accidentally when we walked by it later in the trip. They couldn't provide any extra pillows as they "didn't have any that were worth using". I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be able to get work done or would like a more comfortable stay.

Good price for what you get...stayed in 2013, not 2012
I needed one night, and all the competition around this hotel was priced around hundred bucks a night. This hotel was all suites, and reviews were positive so I took a chance. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, but no tub. One overhead light (adequate for me, but probably not for a women trying to put on makeup). Wanted to watch the Florida game (I am in Florida!) and they only had basic cable with no ESPN....had to go to a local bar. Overall, i would stay again because the price was good and the room was acceptable.

Overnight stay
The exit door next to room 102 needs to be revamped so that it doesn't close so hard and loudly. I woke up several times because of the door slamming.

Great place to stay
We were in town for a concert at the fairgrounds and we stayed here. The staff was great and the room was better. Only thing I would changed is the pillows.

Better Than I expected...in several ways
I came to the Baymont Inn & Suites with low expectations, based on the cost. I could not have been more incorrect if i tried. The staff i met @ check-in could not have been nicer if they tried.They were polite, and friendly. I had made my reservations for a concert at the Florida State Fairgrounds, about 2.5 miles away. The staff had made arrangements with a local cab company to shuttle guests to the venue for $5, if they needed it. Very impressive! As for my room, it was large, and had the coldest a/c i have ever felt in an indoor space that was not a hockey arena (so cold, i had to turn it off after a while). Bed was comfy, and the room was clean. Small kitchen area had no dishes or utensils (small microways, small wet-bar type sink), but for a 1 night stay, these were not needed by me. I would gladly stay there again, on my next concert visit. Thanks.

Great hotel for the price
We went to a U2 concert and on a dinner cruise. It was a very relaxing trip!
