Great Stay!
I love this hotel. The front desk employees are great! Rachel, Jerry and Ralph the shuttle drivers really took pride in their jobs and was always ready to drop me off and picked me up on time. I really enjoyed them. I will stat at this hotel again. I love their service and the beds are soooooo comfortable.

the staff at Hyatt Place couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating.The only thing I could have wished for was a hot tub.

Good location and breakfast
Hotel is located near TMP airport and within nice neighborhood . Free parking and wifi is an add. Breakfast is served daily and is free too.

Spring Training Getaway
The hotel staff (front desk, shuttle driver, housekeeping) were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was fresh and had something for everyone. The shuttle bus was a great addition to the services offered. Though the gym was limited in equipment, we were able to get a great workout. The pool was clean. Access to the internet was very easy - on our IPads and the use of their computers. I'm trying to think of a negative and really can't. Overall, my family and I had a great experience.

Way Better than Expected
Although a little difficult to find, this gem of an airport hotel dispels the notion that such hotels are antiseptic and sterile. This intimate lobby was welcoming and attractive. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and the fact that they remembered me later that evening was, indeed, special. The room was spacious and airy, and everthing was sparkling clean. I would strongly recommend this hotel over others at the Tampa airport, as it feels personal and intimate, rather than generic and unwelcoming.
