Staff Unresponsive
When I arrived to check-in there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes and call the front desk to get someone's attention to assist me.

Weekend Getaway
The Hyatt Place Tampa was very nice. I love the layout of the room it was like a mini suite. The free hot breakfast was really nice you have to get down early for the best selection however the choices are plentiful no matter what time you arrive. My only issue with this hotel is that there was only one elevator working and it drove me nuts how long it took to go up and down to your room. But room was a little worn but clean nothing that would take away from your stay it was all made even better with the really nice staff and the hotel is so close to one of the best malls I have ever shopped and amazing restaurants a short 10 min. drive to Busch Gardens and a short drive over to Clearwater.

staff is very helpful
the staff was exceptionally pleasant. room service was no longer available and i had given up on supper since i did not have a car rental. the staff not only slipped a delivery menu from local eateries but also gave me a ride on the shuttle bus to pick up my order.

Tampa Stay
The hotel was nice, but the room wasn't as clean as expected and I never received plastic liners for my ice bucket. Overall, the front desk staff were nice and the shuttle drivers were awesome.

Great Stay!
I love this hotel. The front desk employees are great! Rachel, Jerry and Ralph the shuttle drivers really took pride in their jobs and was always ready to drop me off and picked me up on time. I really enjoyed them. I will stat at this hotel again. I love their service and the beds are soooooo comfortable.

Good location and breakfast
Hotel is located near TMP airport and within nice neighborhood . Free parking and wifi is an add. Breakfast is served daily and is free too.

Spring Training Getaway
The hotel staff (front desk, shuttle driver, housekeeping) were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was fresh and had something for everyone. The shuttle bus was a great addition to the services offered. Though the gym was limited in equipment, we were able to get a great workout. The pool was clean. Access to the internet was very easy - on our IPads and the use of their computers. I'm trying to think of a negative and really can't. Overall, my family and I had a great experience.
