JUST AS THE TITLE SAYS---GREAT PRICE N EXCELLANT HOSPITALITY, GREAT LOCATION IN THE TAMPA LOCATION...GREAT LOCATION FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO SEE THE SPRING TRAINING GAMES---CLOSE TO MAJOR BASEBALL FIELDS. WOULD STAY AGAIN===A LITTLE OUTDATED WITH FIXTURES N FLOORS IN BATHROOM, AND HAD A LEAK IN THE ROOM FROM UPSTAIRS AC, BUT MANAGEMENT WAS RIGHT ON IT.

Less than zero stars
Our experience at this hotel was horrible to put it mildly. We arrived with our 2 children and we were astonished to see ladies of the night on the premises. The rooms were disgusting- mold and stains everywhere in the bathroom and all over the carpet. The sheets were also dirty. The view was of an empty lot full of trash and questionable characters roaming around. We checked out 6 hrs later after we came back from sighseeing. We could not even imagine staying in this filthy/ unsafe hotel with our children.

first christmas with grandson
NO ELEVATOR.... Dont understand that. It was hard since I was carrying alot of stuff back and forward from the car. Smelled like smoke. Bed was comfortable to sleep but carpet/curtains was not looking so good. Enjoyed having the microwave and frig. Would love to have fruit with breakfast or at least some more healthy options. Staff was great. Housekeeping awesome. Thanks for the wake up call. I would have missed my plane set me alarm for the wrong day.

Family 1/2 Obstacle Marathon Weekend
The hotel is average, everything is clean, beds are comfortable and we did not see any bugs when we were there. The only thing is that it seems that they had a bad contractor either build it or renovate the hotel, all cosmetic though, like crooked tiles, gaps filled with a lot of putty, stuff like that.

Short drive from hotel
if you drive east on E Fowler ave for 5 mins you will come across a plaza on the left that has over 10 amazon places to eat. Five Guys, Chipotle, Panera Bread, and the list goes on

Good Price
The Price was good. No big complain, everything was ok. Not the best but good enough to sleep in. It is close to the Tampa Airport. There is a lot of places to eat nearby.

Cheap room, cheap experience
Room smelled funny, one bed looked disheveled even though it was a Fresh room. Saw two cockroaches inside. Stayed there because friends were that wanted a cheap place.
