Fantastic and near to airport

Comfy Cozy!
Nice location, easy to find (although the area is fairly recently developed and did not show up on the 2 GPS devices we had). Close to the mall which had many dining and bar locations, as well as some shopping opportunities I wasn't used to seeing in malls (Louis Vuitton, Sanrio). The room was clean, kitchenette had everything we could possibly need including a dishwasher! Bathroom was roomy and clean. The king bed was perfect and the sheets were luxurious! The sofa bed was reportedly uncomfortable to sleep on, but extremely firm to sit on as a sofa. The television and internet access were great. The complimentary breakfast included hash brown and potato puffs; sausage, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, french toast sticks, fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels, and more. The staff were extremely helpful - especially the breakfast preparation staff who, on our second morning, had been caught a bit off guard by a large group of teenage boys who managed to eat most of the food before many of the other patrons made it to the breakfast area. The staff made special efforts to help provide my family and others with satisfactory alternatives and really went above and beyond! The only element of this experience which could have been better is the location of the swimming pool, which seemed to be in the shade each time I checked. Not a big deal because we had other activities scheduled!

It was fine...
My complaint is that I booked a King 1 bedroom suite and when we arrived they did not have one available. In fact they said they have very few of those rooms in the hotel. They put us in a 2 queen bed 1 bedroom which is fine but not the same or better than what I booked. The staff was very nice. All else at the hotel was just okay. Nothing bad - it served a purpose but I definitely felt like we were staying at an economy hotel.

Overnight before cruise
Very handy shuttle from airport. Suite was perfect for our family of four. Morning breakfast was generous and delicious. Noticed that the evening food and beverage service from Monday to Thursday would be great for business travelers. Alas, we were there on Friday!

Great Getaway
Room was very clean. Water was hot and air conditioning was cold. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen spacious and beautiful decor. Lots of space in room. Friendly hotel staff. Plenty of places to relax outdoors. Welcome buffet was fantastic.
