Amazing
My first time ever staying at a Grandy Hyatt and I was completely impressed. The only thing i didnt like was that the AC wouldnt go lower but everything else was awesome. I definitely plan visting more Hyatts for my future vacations.

Perfect stay in low season
The hotel had low occupancy so we got an excellent rate. This is a five star hotel with a great location because even close to the airport it is very very silent at the room. It is aside from a beautiful bay with some natural reserves on the side which was a plus to our stay. A bit complicated to arrive and getting out but if you have a GPS you will have a terrific time. Gym, Amenities excel many other hotels, staff is great with exception of bellboy service which was poor poor to do your own thing. Parking is huge and is free ! for a property if this type brings terrific value. In addition internet could be fractioned per hour so made it more accesible to those that only want a quick email work. Food is a bit expensive but with 2 great restaurants in place. If things are the same in high season this hotel is a must for a $120 per night stay.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Bush gardens is really a short drive, we thought it was like 30 min away and its not, its really about 12 to 15 minute drive, many hotels in such area charge more for the location and belive me this one is super compared to others.

It is a fantastic hotel!
The staff is very well trained, polite, & exceedingly helpful. They will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. The hotel sits on a 40 acre property & every inch of it is exceptionaly clean & perfectly maintained. Both pools, the fitness room, and conference rooms were all more than I expected. First rate hotel and staff!!!

The hotel has a free shuttle that will runs to/from the airport & makes frequent visits to Tampa. With a little planning, you could do without a rental car if you aren't planning to do a lot of sight seeing.

Enjoyable experience
Had an enjoyable stay. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Room was clean, spacious, quiet. Took a while to get hot water in the shower. I was disappointed that the room had no refrigerator. I expected one at the room rate I paid.
