Top 2 of worst expereinces. We arrived exactly at check in time at 3pm. The front desk guy tells me because we booked through the online site that they sold out and only had smoking rooms. It turned out they didnt have any rooms at all as i was asking them to view one. He only tried to discourage me from looking at one room and told me to call the online site for a refund. I wasnt happy and the manager came out. he explained the same thing. Then magically a "room" (non smoking) hanidcap room became available. We stayed there but the overall experience was terrible. Never Again.

I arrived tired and ready for some down time. Check in went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. The room was ok, comfortable and clean except for the carpets (they could use a little TLC). But for the money and convience to the airport I feel this hotel was a good choice.

First, being back in my home town in Tampa is AWESOME. The experience that I have felt staying at the hotel was marvelous because it was quiet, then the room is cozy, and feel like your staying in your own apartment with your own kitchen set. The place was quiet and very relaxing, The only suggestion that I would recommend was that I wish that you have a inside pool, so incase the climate changes outside that you still be able to enjoy the pool. Overall rating FOUR STARS FOR ME.

This hotel is in the perfect location for my company's annual Christmas party. I've stayed there for the last three years. Last year it was dirty and this year it was even dirtier. I will not stay there again. I booked the delux room with one bed and the sleep soft. No sheets on the sleep sofa bed. I went to the front desk and they handed me the sheets to make it myself. But they had no pillows. One bright spot was the housekeeping staff on duty. When he brought me the pillows I asked if they had any Fabreeze. He told me that he had his own. He came back and sprayed the room.When I left to go to my party it was obvious he sprayed the elevator too. Luckily for me I only spent about five hours in the room sleeping! I could not have stood it for any length of time while awake.

It was a spring break trip just for mother and daughter who is a Sr.in High School. Close to great beaches, shopping, and a University of Tampa tour. Staff was always friendly, the pool area needed better cleaning, the DVD Player was missing, but they found us one; the Kithen supplies were not all there; very limited and shouldn't be. We could get clean towels or sheets anytime and it was a nice location.

The hotel is ok for the price. The florescent light in the room feels a little dated. The let down was getting confirmed for non-smoking room through [...] and the desk clerk said the reservation was for smoking room. She finally got the last non-smoking room for me but I felt annoyed. I still don't know whose fault it was. [...] or the hotel. My confirmation clearly stated that it was non smoking room/
