unsafe neighborhood. did not like the surrounding neighborhood. I didnot feel i would be safe there.

worst hotel ever stayed at...should be motel...right next to the ghetto...room was nasty....and hotel is run down...would not recommend to anybody!!!

If you're looking for something cheap and decent, you're at the right place. No extras or extreme details, but not a bad place to lay your head.

Elevators were broken, TV remote control was missing, temp outside was about 76 and the pool was freezing cold. Most hotels I've been to will allow for a complimentary late checkout, but they charged $5/hour

It was pretty from a far then got uglier and uglier as we got closer and inside.

I have been to many inexpensive and old hotels, but this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. At a glance and upon arrival I had an open mind and knew what to expect ... or so I thought. The area seemed unsafe, the service was horrible, and didn't get an hour of sleep due to several reasons. At one point they ran out of towels and only had one person on staff. He had to go to the laundry area to grab towels for us, and returned with dirty, smokey, stained towels that were damp. Clearly used, and very unsanitary. We had just witnessed a shooting in the area, and when returning to our rooms late at night, we could not get into our rooms due to key resetting. It felt very unsafe. The breakfast in the morning was extremely limited. The front desk lost our friends reservations and we were delayed obtaining our room. Our bed had a blood stain on the inside cover for the matress. I could go on.... but these are just a few of the bad experiences that we had. I will say that their air conditioning was great - but that's it. When my friend complained the front desk didn't do anything. She then complained to the manager through email later - they offered her a 20% discount on her next stay at that hotel. I laughed. I couldn't believe that's all they had to offer, not to mention we wouldn't go back there if they paid us.

Room was nice good sized and well arranged for a dorm room/economy priced motel. Facility was clean, well maintained, some staff very out going and friendly. One staff member was not, and even though we had requested a late 1pm checkoutfor an additional charge which we had to pay and was visiable on our room reciept, arranged by same staff member,room phone rang at 11:07 we could not be heard by caller. then he actually gave a brief/barely audible knock on our door at 11:15 and then quicky tried to enter room we were showering and in a state of undress thankfully my husband had the security bar across the door latch. Facility location was poor, no food avaliable at hotel and nothing within walking distance except a gas station convience store were we were accosted by at least 5 people of various age ranges and cultural diversities begging adamantly for money. 2 of which were seriously drunk. We canceled our plans for a precruise party as we were afarid leaving our personal items unattended in our room which did not have a safe was not a good idea. Wich I think was an excellent precaution as our knock and enter staff wandered by our room on an average of once an hour until we closed the drapes at 10 pm. We were on the 3 rd floor as far from the offce and reception as we could get. I would like to say it was for security reasons that they were making security rounds but it felt more like they were casing our room to see if we had left yet. They had provided us with a taxi phone number so we could set up transport to our precruise party and to the port the next day. The phone in room did not work/ It would ring but we could not answer it or call out. If you are looking for 1 night accomadations with no plans to go out it is a good place to stay,clean,comfortable beds, nice pool,with internet access. Local Dominos delivers and food was hot,tasty and service was friendly and fast. Ps WALK TO CONVINCE STORE FOR COLD DRINKS/snacks BEFORE IT STARTS TO GET Dark.

Hotel staff was courteous. No wifi in the room, like it advertises. Also, the shower was ridiculously low to the point that washing my hair was difficult.

Did not have the flat screen tv that it was supposed to have & not very clean.

Very friendly staff and easy to find location!
