Beautiful and location but bad service.
We had to call to request the extra bed we needed, and they already knew, plus we were charged $ 15, not a hotel had charged for extra bed, and they could let us know the day of booking. They had towels for 3 people and us were 5, but we managed. When they changed our towels, we got less than we already had, that is, for 2 people. We called to ask for the missing and they brought extras but less quantity to order. We needed Clothes drying machine and they don't have.

Had a great stay
The rooms are very clean and newly renovated and all of the amenities are as well. While there I spent most of my time in St. Pete and it was an easy travel distance, even by cab. Overall a very nice place to stay and it is priced right.

Frequently in Tampa
A good place to stay
I am a Crown Plaza fan. Thier service and hospitality are always good and this was no exception. The room was nice but he bathroom needed some TLC for mold/mildew in the shower. Other than that, it was a decent experience. I would stay there again.

Excellent proximity to two malls and the airport. I especially enjoyed Kona Grill. Eclectic menu and it was all good!

Great Location
This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the airport and close to the Buccaneers stadium. Mall is also in walking distance. I had a plesant experience at this location.

Great Hotel
My Fiance and I stayed at the hotel to take the bar exam and this hotel was amazing. It was quiet, the room was big, and the customer service was excellent. The only negative we experienced was the toilet. The toilet was probably the loudest thing in that hotel but we were able to look past it since the experience was so enjoyable.

"Very friendly and helpful staff"
My trip was under a very unfortunate situation. I truly appreciate the staff being very helpful and curtious. I enjoyed my stay and my own personal experience I am pleased. I would return if I ever have the need to return to Tampa, i hope next time is under better circumstances.
