Fantastic getaway for me and a little work.
The hotel was fantastic and in a great location. I really enjoyed the whirlpool. The only bad thing about the hotel was the a/c was loud each time it came on. I found a friends from my hometown and we met up at the grocery store. I also looked for a job. I went to a workshop to learn more about setting up a classroom and age appropriate materail to use in the classroom with 3 to 5 yrs.

The dining, shopping, and entertaiment was all in one general location On Sunday when I first got there, .I went to a resturant to eat and they had a live band performing on the patio.

Comfortable & Friendly
After a more than twelve hour journey it was nice to have a friendly helpful greeting. Booking in was easy and the room clean and comfortable. We were supplied with a map showing restaurant etc in the vicinity of which there are many and a shopping mall. A good experience.

Clean and convenient
This hotel was very clean and a very short drive to the area attractions. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of breakfast foods. My kids loved the waffle machine.

very good!!! lovin it!!!!
Im hesitant to stay in any hotel, due to my frustration when i last did it.this is wonderful hotel to stay, friendly staff (when i say it i mean it) helpful, and accomodating.After check out i realised I forgot my book and im miles away from the hotel. I called, and thankfully they got my book.....Im surprised, as it happen to me before on different hotel but they never found what we left, knowing its only a few clothes only.....we enjoy the breakfast aside its free it has lot of choices of good varieties....I will stay here again if i have too

Easy going family of 5
Spacious, but staff not helpful with issues.
This hotel was perfect for a family of 5 for a quick overnight stay. The room was very spacious with comfy beds. We did have an issue at 4am with a faulty AC unit, which was making awful sounds that kept us up. My disappointment was that the staff seemed to not really believe me because they didn't hear anything from the hallway when they were walking by. No effort was made to make the situation better that our family was up at 4am with a very loud broken AC unit. Just a sorry and we will fix it when you leave. So, the rooms were nice, but if you have any problems of any sorts don't expect good customer service.

Fast easy check in & out. Left phone charger and staff found it and kept it until I came back in town on next visit. Better than average sampling for breakfast. Excellent quality shampoo/conditioner/lotions in rooms. Good variety of channels on TV.

Its a hotel
It wasnt bad but wasnt great it was normal. The one thing was they started to clean your rooms around 8:30 so if you are not planning on being up or ready to leave put your sign out.

First Romantic Getaway
I like the hotel and property location. I felt that the standard room was a bit small but it served the purpose just fine. It was clean and the bathroom was updated. The free morning breakfast was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. I also liked the complimentary coffee available 24 hours a day. I would stay again; although, may consider an upgraded room.

We enjoyed driving to Ybor which was a less than a 15 minute drive away. This area offered lots of restaurants that we liked (i.e. Charleston & Speghetti Warehouse). For something more casual, we liked Sonny's BBQ Restaurant which was a 2 minute drive.
