Let's keep this in perspective - this is a low to medium priced hotel but as impressive as it is affordable. We stayed here last year too when visiting relatives in the area. Room and bed was clean, and it was nice having the sofa and chair to relax on rather than only a bed. This hotel is maybe three years old so the facility is in great shape. Complimentary breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I was originally concerned the room we got this year was adjacent to the elevator but to my surprise, there was never any noise to be concerned with. As a suggestion: it was worth it to me to tip Housekeeping daily to NOT spray that miserable air freshner that hotels feel is necessary. After the first day of them not spraying it the smell was faint and by the end of five days it was pretty clear the air freshner wasn't being used to cover up an odor in the room - there was none. Apparently the housekeeping staff thinks they are doing you a favor making the room smell like the powder your great-aunt used to wear :-)

Just off the Veteran's Expressway - maybe ten minutes from the airport. Close to the upscale-ish Citrus Mall, and the full compliment of shops/chains on Dale Mabry. Other than Arby's there is nothing close enough to walk to from here however.

very close to north Dale Mabry Dr., which US a street that literally has everything you need,ranging from shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, night life entertainment,sports stadiums, etc .

A great experience!!
We were in Florida looking for a place to live and had limited time to do so and were under stress. It was nice to come back each day to a clean and comfortable room. Again, the staff, especially the front desk could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would say that the only thing was the breakfast could have been nicer although it was nice to have the option. I am a coffee lover and it was great to have coffee 24/7. Only once was there no coffee and the front desk made some fresh immediately for me....so nice.

Wonderful Hotel
Everything was impeccable about this hotel. Except the guy at the front desk, talk about sour puss.. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Very Nice

Close to the airport.
This was a nice new, clean, building. The front desk clerk was friendly, and helpful. Location was not ideal for any restaraunts, shopping, or general tourism, but was good for being near the airport, which is what we needed. My only complaint, is that the jacuzzi was not hot at all, and that was the main reason I had rented at this location.

Family Outing
I was a little disappointed with the staff's friendliness. Thought they could have been a little friendlier when we checked in at 3:00 Friday 9/14/2012. I also felt the breakfast bar could have been updated. There was no milk, no cup for the waffle mix and the sausages were not hot.
