cockroaches with a bad view
Fridge broken so we got a new one and when he moved the old fridge there were two cockroaches underneath the fridge. When we went to go to sleep and tried to close the curtains for the windows (surprise surprise) there were none we had to jerry rig it to get privacy. Bathrooms smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room and grout around bathroom fixtures ie:toilet \tub didnt look nice. close to RJ stadium, beds were comfy,breakfast was ok, was quite and had a pond with birds to look at.

Horrible BEDS!!!
definitely not a place to stay if your looking for comfort! The beds were horrible, the room smelled. Best thing it had was a gas station next door for snacks and the stadium was right there! That was about it..

like a 3rd world accomodation
problems in my room: tv short circuit, i mean went up in smoke, fridge dont work better of removing it from room, not enough power outlet, hole under sink panel, large stains in carpet, a/c filter panel broken and it is very loud, trash behind head board. in addition, the staff needs to go customer service school 101.

The place needs some tlc
The desk staff was very nice but the maid service and continantal breakfast lady were rude and dismissive.

Close to Raymond James and the Airport
It was Ok. The door did not seem to seal properly and the fridge door drug on the floor. Room was spacious but not super clean. Good place to stay if you are going to RJ, not many good options in area.

Extremely well used. Carpet higly soiled. Bath towels very poor quality.

In need of repairs
The Comfort Inn near RJ Stadium was fair at best. Good points: Housekeeping was prompt and adequate. The selections for the free breakfast were decent. Check in was fairly quick and easy. The size of the rooms was adequate. HBO was one of the channel choices. Bad points: Paint was peeling off the walls in literally dozens of places. If I was traveling with small children, I would be very concerned. A 3 foot section of the ceiling was bowed and looked like it was going to fall on my bed. We were placed in the most remote corner of the motel complex--furthest room in the furthest building. Quiet, yes, but inconvenient. It's on a very busy stretch of road. Not safe, in my opinion.
