the only thing relly missing is that im used to traveling to a place where i can wlk on a lot of beach, there is only an ity bitty beach and not sure i would even go in the water. Hogans restaurant is attached which made it quite intresting and fun, the service wasnt the best but limited menu was delicious, the sushi was fantastic! shout out to that guy! i would go back with friends for more of a party type atmosphere on the weekends, total relax on weekdays! may go back next april!!

Why stay anywhere else??
The Best Western at Bay Harbor was absolutely great! I had a fantastic view of the bay and surrounding areas. The heated pool was very nice and let's not forget about Hogan's Beach which was a good time every night I went there. From the food to the staff, the room to the pool - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Great spot! Right on the beach.
The hotel is a really nice spot to relax, with a nice pool area and it is right on the beach. The weekend crowd was younger and a bit louder, but nothing too crazy. The staff were courteous and efficient, the rooms were nice. We liked having the balcony to relax when we didn't want to go out. The only downside was that the hotel did not provide any moisturizer (lotion), and we were told that they were out of supplies when we asked for them. It was a bit inconvenient since we were both sun-burnt at the end of the night and we expecting lotion to be part of the standard amenity provided by any hotel. No big deal though, just pack your own lotion/aloe if you're planning to be in the sun all day, and you should be all set for a great vacation.

Hotel is in a great location. The views from the rooms cannot be any more beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful, when needed. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again when in the area. Having the restaurant beside was a plus! Food and atmosphere, and view of the sunset was awesome!!!! The ONLY downside for us was that it was not pet friendly, and we had to leave our little boy at home.......

Always the Beach
Family Visiting!
We had family visiting and needed more space. This hotel fit the bill with a great location and view. An older hotel, but everything worked and we had a great visit.

Location great, beautiful views from balconies
Very convenient to airport. Good restaurant on premises, and the hotel provided all of the basics that we needed (coffee, towels, and room cleaning). The staff was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again our next trip to Tampa. Only downside is that it is not a pet friendly hotel, usually our small dog travels everywhere with us.

Nice place if you want to enjoy Tampa
This hotel is close to everything in Tampa and has a view on the bay. You don't need to go anywhere to have fun. Hogan Bar is attached to the Hotel and is the best Bar so far I have ever visited. Sunday is just crazy. I can explain you need to come and see. The only thing is there is no free breakfast.
