Worst Nights Sleep Ever!
My wife and I had a very miserable night at this Marriott! We were rudely awakened twice during the night by loud partying in the room next door, then we were rudely awakened twice more by the shrieking smoke alarm going off in the room. Complaints to the front desk were largely ignored! After a month of complaining to PL and Marriott and anyone else that would listen the manager, a Mr Duffey, made the call...No, we will not be receiving any refunds, credits, or any other consolation for the worst night we have ever spent in a supposedly nice hotel. The bottom line is we will not only never be staying in this Marriott again, this has pretty much left a bad taste in our mouth for Marriott in general. Customer service is apparently of no concern to this company so we will be taking our business elsewhere!

Everything is fine.
I stayed at 5th Floor. There is little noise in the room beause it's near the main road. Also, the carept near the room is little smelly...But the staff are very nice and there is free shuttle bus around 5 miles. The drivers (bell boy) are so funny.

Great Experience
From the check-in to breakfast, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The food was excellent. Had a late night snack of pasta which was fantastic. For breakfast, the chef made the best eggs benedict I ever had. This hotel is close to the airport and HWY 275. Great location.

Very Good
My experience was great. I booked a double and was able to switch to a king size bed with no problem. WQhile the water main broke but the staff did give us water bottles to hit the highlights.

Convenient and Clean
We were visiting family. Nothing was missing. Room was clean and very well appointed. Air conditioning unit would rattle a bit before it kicked on. Great shower and TV set. Beds were very comfortable. Slept very well. Was perfectly situated between our relatives and the Tampa Airport. Was a breeze to get to the airport. Only ate breakfasts and they were excellent.
