Beautiful lobby
Yes, the lobby is beautiful. Since we arrived an hour before check in time we signed in then asked the person at the desk to call us when the room was ready. Two hours later no phone call was received so we called the desk. We were told the room was ready. Why didn't they call us? We didn't ask. The room's bathroom does not have a vent to use when taking a shower, the towel rack was rusty, and we were not given a soap bar for each person. There were several computers to use free located on the first floor use. The employees were very polite and helpful except that one phone call we were expecting.

We enjoyed the Florida Symphony at the Mahaffey Theatre which is near by across the street. Also the Dali Museum is next to the theatre. This town is a utopia for bicycle riders..

Nice hotel, terrible maid service
I had an Enclove Suite. It was nice. Really nice 2 LG t.v.s. I was here for 3 days. The only problem was the really small trash cans and the maid service. There was only 2 big towels in the room and asked the maid for more and she said she would send more and never did. I went down to the front desk around midnight and told them and they brought more up. The next day the maid didn't even service the room at all. This was a problem because of the really small trash cans didn't get emptied. I have never seen such small narrow trash cans.

Horrible, gross, service was bad
When I walked into my room there was dried pee on the toilet seat and the back of the toilet. In addition, the toilet seat was VERY old and probably should have been replaced 3 years ago. After I really pushed it they changed the seat. Then, when I first checked in the lady at the front desk offered to set up a wake up call for me. I asked for 6:30AM. Guess what? Never was set up and this was the case for several of my collegues. Unbelievable. I will never stay here again. They charge $15 for use of their fridge and $10 for internet connectivity. Nice. There is nothing redeming about this place.

Not nice
The room was musty. They gave me a handicapped room. They took too long to serve at the restaurant and the price was very expensive for a lousy, bad taste breakfast. The parking lot was full and I had to park in front of the main door and the next day I had to leave my class to move the car. I was told that the parking was going to be 5.00 per day and they charged me 24.00 for 2 days. So please do not stay there. For the very expensive rate you can find a better place. [...]

Noisy place
We were on the 2nd floor - not far from the elevators. You couldn't help but hear them among other noises. We were only staying for 1 night and heading out to a show so we didn't bother to ask for different room. Rooms themselves were nice and the location is great for downtown venues.
