- Run of House-Gulf front Suite
- Run of House-Gulf front Suite is a fully equipped with 2 double beds, living room w/ queen size sleeper sofa and kitchen/kitchenette and a gulf front balcony.
- Nassau Suite
- Nassau Suite is a fully equipped, self-catering, one bedroom suite with a private bedroom (two Queen beds), living/dining area (one queen sofa sleeper) and kitchen. There is 600 sq. ft. of interior living space and a private balcony. Located in the poolside/courtyard area.
- Bermuda Suite

- Located on St. Pete Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico, amidst five lush tropical acres. You will find recreation for the whole family at the Alden including two heated pools, two whirlpool spas, two lighted tennis courts, a children's playground, basketball court and, of course, direct beach access. The Alden is centrally located, and close to many points of interest. Tampa International Airport and Clearwater/St Petersburg Airport are both just 30 minutes from the Alden. Disney and other Central Florida attractions are approximately 90 minutes from the resort. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoo, the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) and Historic Ybor City are all approximately 35 minutes away. Downtown St. Petersburg and the Vinoy Park, is a short 15-minute drive from the Alden, where you will find a large variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and culture.

Sunny beach seekers
Nice amenities for the entire family
The hotel was in a great location near numerous places to eat and shop, and we had a great view of the gulf. It was a real plus to have mutiple swimming pools, a very large hot tub, volleyball, ping pong, shuffle board, basketball court, and tennis courts; all right there at the hotel. The kids were never board. The room was great, with a small equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back to the Alden Suites.

We wouldn't bring bikes again for the kids, because the roads are busy and there is no dedicated bike path near the hotel and beach. You have to haul them 5 miles to bike at the De Sota National Park. However, it is beautiful at that park.

enjoyable trip
Not satisfied with the first room in the (Nassau Suites) - dark and dreary!, not to mention the teenagers next door with the thin walls. But the staff work with us to move us up to the Gulfview for a little extra per night, when there was availability the next day. Much better accommodations. Would stay again only in the Gulfview rooms. Staff was very friendly, and good amenities. I have stayed at the neighboring hotel (Tradewinds) and that is much to crowded and overpriced.

Average for the price
Great location in proximity to beach. Nice pool area. Free Keurig coffee in lobby. No free wi fi which my son needed to do school work. Very loud at night. Overall I would recommend this to others as an average hotel.

Alden Suites... Great Value
The staff at Alden was very accomodating to our every need. The hotel was spotless. Location is great and having the kitchens saves a bundle! Staff could not be better.

Northern couple escapes the cold
We planned a rather impromptu get away in January and found the Alden Suites on line with a great price Upon arrival we we able to upgrade to a room on the beach, It was perfect. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and groceries.The only downfall was that they charge for wifi and there is no restaurant on site, but there is the Caabana bar.

Nice location off the beach.
The short walk from the building to the 2 pools and the beach was convenient but the room left a lot to be desired. While there was an efficiency kitchen, there was barely anything in the cupboards. Had to use a sauce pan for a salad bowl. The maid service left much to be desired, as well. Nothing felt really clean. The bathtub did not drain well, which left soap scum in the tub. In the evenings there was quite a bit of noise coming from the room next to ours due to the connecting door between the rooms.

Take a boat trip to a little island for shelling and snorkeling. The boat leaves from pass-a-grille three times a day.

Great Honeymoon
I really enjoyed the view from our room. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and answered all the questions we had about the surrounding area. I would suggest that they replaced all of there beds. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of wood. We had to put extra blankets and sheets on the bed to make it somewhat comfortable.

Brilliant choice
this was a great value. especially for the location. it was convenient to everything and much less expensive than the other hotels nearby. i would stay here again.
