Sleep Inn Sarasota

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating, however, the rooms were small and the shower was a risk factor for slipping and falling. The first night we were in room 113 the room below the "hollow" stairwell - across from the breakfast room -and windowed outside to the parking lot. Needless to say we did not get any sleep that night We asked for another room for the remainder of our stay. If you stay at this hotel ask them for a room away from the stairwell and elevator - nosier than most hotels.

Room was clean and stay was without issues. No complaints!

Staff was good, Room was small and carpets very dirty, Security at the back door was not there, door was broken. Continental Breakfast was great.

Booked through this site & also found a discount code on-line, so worked out to be pretty cheap.the motel is old & dated. Got the single king room. It was very small & barely room for 2 suitcases, Room was noisy, could hear people in adjacent rooms coughing & talking. although it is adjacent to the airport, they have NO shuttle, the description does not mention that, we found that out at check in. we had a 5:50 am flight & no rental car. The evening desk clerk said she would call a cab for us, but she did not, @ 4:30 am we had no taxi, the morning clerk called & said it would take 3 hours to get one. we started to walk, stopped in the hotel in front of this one & the night clerk there called & got us a taxi in 5 minutes!! well, you get what you pay for!! if the only thing you need is a cheap bed, then this fits the bill. Will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Clean, comfortable room, acceptable breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

Across the street from the airport, so convenient IF that's what your looking for. I got it in a bundle package, so I don't really know what I actually paid per night. I was unable to get any kind of internet connection during my stay. Maybe they don't even offer an internet connection, so if that's important to you, look into it. The first thought when I got to my room as a "late arrival": "OMG, I'm stuck HERE for TWO nights!!" But as time wore on, it was OK....

The room was small. The breakfast was very limited. The tv remote didn't work.

We were first arrive, we were a little concerned by the proximity to the airport, but it was a quiet night. It seemed like a long drive into Sarasota, and even though we had a location map when we made the reservation, it was a drive into downtown Sarasota & the beaches. The room was clean & adequate - small and maybe a little tired, , but for the price, a good value. A glitch with wifi was handled unsatisfactorily, but for the money, we didn't expect better.

The room was clean but we had to wait 30 minutes past check out to get into it because they had to find someone to put clean towels in our room and the floor mat had a rust stain on it. The room keys did not work when they first gave them to us and then they stopped working again the second day so we had to go get them reprogrammed. The bathroom was small but again it is not too expensive so we got what i expected as far as size for the price. The location was nice. It was rigt across from the airport and only minutes from restaurants and other attractions. The beach was an easy drive as well.
