overall ok
Only stayed 2 nights, but overall the hotel was ok! It could use a makeover, carpets were stained, room was extremely dusty. Our stay was during spring break when we checked in we were made to wear a wrist bands that security would be checking them at night which we did not experience. There were alot of fights and kids in halls talking about drugs and only noticed a so called security officer on a stool by front door. Although room wasnt bad, i did not like location and probably wont stay again.

Everything was great except....there were NO CARTOON CHANNELS! I had a 4, 6, 6, and 7 year old and not having Disney, Nick, our any other cartoon channels was rough! Luckily we weren't in the room a lot!

WORST EVER!!!!
We booked the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights we paid very good money to stay there yet we get treated very inappropriatly and disrespectfully. We get a phone call from an employee insulting us and informing us that they are going to charge and extra $150 to our credit card since they still have all our personal information and when I try to ask him what this is about, he continuous insulting us and then has the odasety to hang up on me. I call him back and he hangs up again! This is not how you treat customers or guests!!! I called corporate but this is a Franchise and they can't do anything about it! Very very disappointed, they left us with a bad ending to my mother's birthday vacation that is unforgivable!!!!!!!!

OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
Outrageous! The franchise owners do NOT know how to treat or value their guests!!!! They keep you personal credit card information and can make extra charges as they please and corporate sais there's nothing they can do because it is privately owned! We stay a week and on top of that charge they charged an extra night by making false accusations!

first visit to panama city
I enjoyed the stay and my children loved the hot breakfast in the morning. I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and to all the stores and restaurants. i would stay again and recommend for the price.

make sure you wear bathing suits under clothes if you go on the shell island boat trip because there is no where to change while there.

Relaxing
My daughter and I took a mini vacation. The location was so convenient for us to get where we wanted to go. Everything was really nice. Staff was friendly. Our tv remote did not work but when we went by the front desk and told them they just kindly gave us another one. We will probably be going back to stay again. We don't like it when it's crowded so it was a perfect time for us to go and the weather was PERFECT!! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!!!
