- The One Bedroom Villa features 1,150 square feet expansive living spaces and private entries from the outside with 36" wide door with peep hole. Consisting of a large sleeping room with an open framed king bed connected to a living room, dining room, an oversized bathroom featuring a tub with grab rails, glass-enclosed roll-in shower and 18" toilet with grab rails and flush lever and fully equipped kitchen, this Villa also features a large outdoor patio overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course.
- Two Bedroom Villa ADA
- Two Bedroom Villa is 1,800 square foot single-story unit with private entries from the outside with 36" wide door with peep hole, offering two master bedrooms, one with an open framed king bed and one with two open framed double beds and a private bathroom per bedroom featuring a tub with grab rails, glass-enclosed roll-in shower and 18" toilet with grab rails and flush lever. The common living space includes a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The Villa offers a private patio overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course.

- Nearly 675 sq/ft, the Club Suite has either a King bed or Two Double beds and contains a separate seating area in the unit with a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom with a roman tub and glass incased shower.
- 1 Bedroom Villa
- A One Bedroom Villa consists of a king bedded master bedroom, boasting an oversized bathroom with a Roman tub and glass enclosed shower. Also included is a living room with queen-sized sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Villa has a private entrance and private outside patio.
- 2 Bedroom Villa

Simply the best getaway
My husband and I booked this trip last minute for our wedding anniversary. We couldn't have been more pleased. We were awe struck. The cleanliness of our room, the warm reception of the bell staff and front desk staff, and not to mention the best housekeeping staff ever, made our trip even more outstanding. Everyone was so accommodating. The grounds were neatly manicured and the golf view was breathtaking.

I travelled with my wife and newborn daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful going above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a luxury suite on the golf course. The room was very modern yet very cozy. The bath tub alone was worth the stay not to mention the tv in the vanity mirror. The hotel is literally a 5 min drive to any of the big disney parks. The only knock i had was the pricing of the food and drinks. I will be staying here our next visit to disney. PS. the golf course looks top notch as well

Excellent Stay at The Villas of Grand Cypress
We just returned from our 4 days in Orlando and we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Grand Cypress. The location of our villas was perfect. It was the perfect alternative to the busy hotels in the area. Food was great at the nearby Hyatt and the clubhouse. Staff was extremely welcoming. They couldn't have been nicer. They escorted us to our room and explained all the amenities. John at the pool was very nice and took care of us with the great margaritas!! The golf course was fantastic. If there was one aspect that I was disappointed about was the fact the guests staying on the property do not get a discounted golf rate which was extremely high. I would have like to play another round at the course with my son but even the 9 hole rate was too much. Guests should get a discounted rate at the course and there should be a reasonable 9 hole rate or twilight rate since the course seemed empty after 3:30 pm. Other that the excessive cost of golf our stay was fantastic. We will be planning another visit to Grand Cypress.

Unfortunately our 4th visit was a little marred as we were not informed that there was extensive refurbishment work being done to the villas. Even on checking in no one explained this. As we were only stay one night prior to flying home this was ok but, we did think it would have been nice to be told!

Awesome Experience
The Villas of Grand Cypress Resort has been rated a fopur (4) star resort. Based on my experience I rate it a five (5) star resort its beautiful, clean and the staff members are courteous and professional.

Perfection
From the front desk personnel to the housekeepers, we were greeted with friendliness and professionalism. We had a two bedroom villa which was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and felt very private. The attention to detail was evident throughout. We played golf on property which was great. The courses were in great shape, the staff friendly and very accommodating. We used the workout facilities at the Hyatt which were available 24/7. The Hyatt property is also beautiful with art and beautiful decor throughout. The location of the Grand Cypress Villas is perfect, conveniently located to all of the theme parks and restaurants. WARNING ... Traffic in Orlando is bad, which was the only negative experience during our entire vacation.

Go early. Stay late! Double your fun by going straight to the ride or attraction you are looking forward to the most. Grab a fast pass for later and go ahead and ride it once right away too.
