Nothing works
If it was not for the location i would give it ZERO stars. When i got the room there was no beds in it WOW. They threw the beds out don't ask me why. The elevator did not work my ( my new room was on the fourth floor), no ice, The TV was broken, shower was broken dirty. Luckily i was out most of the time and drunk when i went to bed. I would of had a better room at the super 8. Never AGAIN.

a little far to disney world, there are only limited shuttles to disney. it's more convenient to rent and drive by yourself.

was not the best!
shower curtian had mold,tv had NO volume,was NOT the best.................and staff passinf the halls are EXTREAMLY LOAD! Could NOT sleep well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for a DUDE weekend
Stayed there over the weekend 11/9-11/11 Great Value cant beat 36$ a night on international drive!! Like I said for young guys like me an my friends to stay it was affordable an great location..The Staff was very helpful and nice..The hotel room itself had ants in the sinks..and in the bathroom there was mold..the carpet was blah.. bed was ok...TV got like 4 channels all fuzy an it seemed like some shady characters stayed there as well! perfect hotel for young people who just want a cheap hotel for the weekend to hang out in Orlando..But for a family I wouldn't recommend

Need mantainance and improvements
The hotel had a perfect location, near Universal Studios and everything, but it was dirty and the elevators did not worked. Perfect for a group of friends, who are not going to sleep much!

Great location
We went to Orlando to visit Universal studio. This hotel is excellent if you plan to spend the night and all other time have fun.

The communal areas need to be cleaned
I checked out at almost midnight on weekend, bcause there were too many guests willing to checked-in on the same time, it was too much for 1 front desk staff. So there was a line at the lobby similar to a line for a ride in Disneyworld. When I got the room key, the key didnt work so I have to gine back again to the lobby and the staff gave me new room.

It is in a great location where all the things/ restaurants/ nightlife/ attractions of Orlando's international drive is at. It does cheaper than the other hotels in the same area.

If you can make fun of yourself for being cheap...
We said "just need somewhere to sleep"...we got what we asked for. Last minute trip to universal and just wanted a close place to crash that wouldn't break the bank. We enjoyed making fun of the place as we switched rooms four times at 3am to find one with a working fridge and air conditioner. Place obviously needs some money put into it but for $32 a night...how much can you complain?!? Warning - the signs that say they proudly serve Starbucks in "hotel lobby" do not mean this hotel...have to walk to another hotels lobby. Also, when they tell you 5th floor is the only ice machine that works...it doesn't, don't walk all the way across the hotel at 4am for an ice machine that doesn't work.

Orlando Metropolitan Resort
The hotel is very close to good restaurants and bars. The Hotel is big, but needs some upgrades to the elevators and hallways. The rooms are good and comfortable with all basic amenities. Staff is just about average. But its definitely value for money.
