Horrible Experience
We were not pleased at all. Bathroom was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, towels were not refreshed. Four of the rooms adjacent to ours were abandoned filled with old furniture,tvs and the doors to those rooms were wide open for anyone to go in and out. There was one day we had no water and no one informed us of this until we called the main desk to inquire

Just for few days
Dirty, JUST TO STAY FEW DAYS. STAFF RUDE. Rooms are ok, but no towels. Ice machine broken Pool area dark

lousy resort..
First of all, it should not be called a resort. It was horrible. The bathroom was dirty, the sink was backed up and the phone did not work to name a few. I would never stay there again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Is it great?
i reserved this hotel for my mom, her friend, and me. They arrived there first before me so I asked them how was this hotel. My mom said not really. I was finally arrived hotel. I noticed the blanks on the corner. What is up with that? I smelled it so awful, and I used my own blanks. The restroom looked old as little dirty and had broke. I nervous took the shower, but I had to. Unfortunately, I got the UN-great towels. Night time, I imaged so much this hotel is not great ever I see first time. There seems not impress to me.

Freshly
Not good.
-Kind of nasty room. Things were broken, such as the alarm clock. -Pool was way smaller than the picture lets on and always packed. -Construction/banging was going on in hotel up until about 10pm. -Super low flow toilet and shower, ridiculously so. -Slow elevators and the stairwells smell like steam and urine. -Standing water in most bottom floor walkways. -Only about 20 tv channels and a quarter of those are spanish or resort/attraction ad channels. -Only real plus of this place is the location. It's close to most attractions.

We really just slept there on night. Everything was ok. I think the hotel needs some renovation (painting for ex)

Beautiful rooms
We very much enjoyed out stay here. The rooms were much nicer then I thought it would be. Highly recommend this hotel.

great for the price
I have stayed here twice the first time we had a really nice rom couldn't ask for more the second time the room was not as nice but was ok. the elevators are dirty looking and noisy. but i will stay again it seems like they must be remodeling.

Good Hotel
The hotel was a little dirty but overall a really nice play to stay. The beds were really comfortable :) but we had bugs (spiders) in the room quite a few nights and I ended up getting ant eggs in my suitcase and a roach. The staff was nice too. The only thing I would change is free internet
