The Orlando Metropolitan Resort

I stayed at this hotel because of a trade show I was attending for the price I couldn't have ask for anything better the room was always stocked with clean towels and the beds were always made after we walked in from working all day. Definitely would stay there again when working another trade show in Orlando!

I checked out at almost midnight on weekend, bcause there were too many guests willing to checked-in on the same time, it was too much for 1 front desk staff. So there was a line at the lobby similar to a line for a ride in Disneyworld. When I got the room key, the key didnt work so I have to gine back again to the lobby and the staff gave me new room.

We said "just need somewhere to sleep"...we got what we asked for. Last minute trip to universal and just wanted a close place to crash that wouldn't break the bank. We enjoyed making fun of the place as we switched rooms four times at 3am to find one with a working fridge and air conditioner. Place obviously needs some money put into it but for $32 a night...how much can you complain?!? Warning - the signs that say they proudly serve Starbucks in "hotel lobby" do not mean this hotel...have to walk to another hotels lobby. Also, when they tell you 5th floor is the only ice machine that works...it doesn't, don't walk all the way across the hotel at 4am for an ice machine that doesn't work.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hotel needs a lot of maintainance. The light switch next to the door was not working and I had to use the light of the cell phone to find another one. The staff at the lobby was having hard time dealing with all the complaints they were receiving. There is no free internet in rooms and the printer in the lobby was not working.

The hotel is very close to good restaurants and bars. The Hotel is big, but needs some upgrades to the elevators and hallways. The rooms are good and comfortable with all basic amenities. Staff is just about average. But its definitely value for money.

Brilliant location on I-Drive - right outside a trolley stop. We got a great deal on this hotel and I could not fault it. The rooms were spacious and very clean with a big comfy bed. There was also tea/coffee facilities available in the room with a large refrigerator and a microwave which was very helpful. Did not have much interaction with the staff but when we were looking for directions, they were very helpful. I will be staying there again

Our exprience over all was wonderfull. This is just perfect. The pool was beautifull. It was very.close to the water parks, shopping and all the excitment you wanted to go esp universal and seaworld. I enjoy my stay here.

Good location. Rooms clean and awsome space. Close to downtown and attractions.

My english is not that good. But I can say this is my favorite hotel it feel just like home I love it, and the price is just perfect thanks

This hotel should not have 3 stars...dirty, lamp shades torn, refridgearator not working, iron imprints on carpet, no blankets, wallpaper peeling, ceiling dirty looks like smoke damage, only phone is on the wall in bathroom by toliet, mold and I have asthma coughed the whole stay, safe broke no lock, no remote for t.v., picture blured on t.v., duvet cover with no comforter in it, stayed 4 days maid only came on one day, someone stole our I-pad, no comunication with hotel manager, would not answer staffs calls as we were not the only ones that had something stolen, after having moved to a different I realized that after dealing with the police and staff that I left a pair of jeans...so not shocked they were stolen also!!!! even the book in the room about the property was wrong when I asked about this I found out that they advertised like they were their sister hotel next door, NO spa, deli, pool nothing, elevator in middle didn't work, only 1 ice machine on the whole property worked, again horrible NO help from the hotel, would NEVER stay there again, after our treatment would not stay at the sister hotel the Raddison!!!!!
