there were no amenities promised no indoor pools available breakfast area looked like a storage room beds were not made we had to do them ourselves i wanted a vacation . worse one ever . information was all wrong for shuttles breakfast prices. one good employee brian tippett was excellent thank god for brian!!!!!. no washcloths available .we were told these were not available because of holiday .HELLO that is why we were there . will not refer this to anyone . lucille cronk

The hotel is goid but they have to put something spicial like a breakfast meal and dinner and the wiFi internet

it was great the clerk was good and the room was clean

the bed was nice and comfy but everything else was blah!!! mold on the curtains, the breakfast they had was very limited and most of the staff was eating it, the front desk was very nice though

Had to ask for repair of refrigerator (which was done right away), asked to replace burnt out or not working light in bathroom (which was never done) had to ask for washcloths (none in room on check-in) had to ask for towels (none were replenished during our stay unless asked for) there was no ice machine; it was the oddest room we have ever encountered; all the furniture was mismatched plaids

I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews before booking but I was sucked in with the cheap price. Dirty, smelly, and uncomfortable best sums it up. Worst part of the stay was that my 2 year old son, wife, and myself were abandoned by the shuttle at night on the way back from Disney. Really long story short; it was the fault of the shuttle service and I ended having to walk back to the hotel 2-3 miles at 10:00 at night, get my car, and go back to pick up my wife and toddler. All we got from the hotel after all that was a "sorry but we do not contract the shuttle, call them and give them the complaint." I was livid. Enough said...

shower curtian had mold,tv had NO volume,was NOT the best.................and staff passinf the halls are EXTREAMLY LOAD! Could NOT sleep well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Close to premium outlet and universal studios, but you need to know that this is a cheap hotel. Staff is friendly but not great. Location is easy to find. However, rooms are not that much clean, carpets were in mess and look very old. Do not leave your food open in the area otherwise bugs will be all around them in a few hours, especially the small ones. We have changed our first room when we arrived because we have seen the small bugs after 15 minutes of our arrival and next day we have seen them in our second room we have changed. However, bed was clean, my fiance just saw a small spider on her bed though. Probably at this price you may find one or two places that is close to these locations. They might be cleaner than this place.

What i needed. Not more not less. For the mobile discount price of 35 per night okay. Wouldnt pay more tho. Room, especially the floors, did not seem too clean. No new furniture. Shower was kinda cra**y and didnt seem so clean as well. At the end of the day our stay at the OMR was alright for 2 nights to see the Orlando Parks. Staff seemed nice as far as you can tell in a short stay.

PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND PAY A LITTLE MORE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL HOLE.THE ROOM WAS DIRTY,THE BED BASE DIDNT FIT THE SOGGY URINE STAINED MATRESS THE STAIR WELLS SMELL OF URINE,AND THERE ARE PILES OF SICK WHICH WERE THERE WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND LEFT.IT TOOK TWENTY MINUTES TO CHECK IN BECAUSE THE RECEPTION DESK WAS ON THE PHONE CONTINUALLY FIELDING COMPLAINTS FROM GUESTS I WORK ON A SUBMARINE WHICH AS YOU WOULD IMAGINE ISN'T THE RITZ BUT COMPARED TO THIS DUMP IT IS!!!!!PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THIS,I BOOKED IN FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY BEFORE I PICKED MY FAMILY UP THANK GOD!!! IM SURE IT WAS A NICE HOTEL 30 YEARS AGO................
