The Floridian Hotel and Suites

Very run down. Really dirty carpets, Breakfast area was awful. Asked for a clean towel to clean off a chair at the pool and was told to look in a cabinet. All of them were used and smelled of mold. We had to pay a "resort fee" for parking, internet and the pool? Really?

One stay due to my apartment not being ready on time and having to work, this hotel was beyond comfortable. Easily accessible to the events of Orlando and within walking distance of outlets and shopping centers. Enjoyed the staff.

The room had signs of mice, i.e., droppings and the wood trim had been chewed on. Very few of the staff spoke English. Out of the nine days/nights we stayed, there were only two employees who were polite. During a 2:00 a.m. fire alarm, a wheel chair bound patron (who claims she requested first floor) was told by a staff member that it was not his problem that she was in a wheel chair and not able to use the elevator and ran past everyone else to get outside. Extremely horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The only good thing was the hotel location. Very accessible to every attraction in the Orlando area.

the staff was very nice however the rooms where disgusting! I didn't what to walk barefoot in the rooms.

The breakfast was continental - not hot or good - ended up passing on breakfast after the first disappointment. I had flyers stuck under my door nightly for local pizza places. - not sure if the motel allowed this but it was annoying. One day housekeeping put a "new" comforter on my bed that had a hole in it the size of a basketball.

Adequate for the price, which was low, but a bit bare and disorganized.

Your basic hotel with everything you need but nothing fancy! Room and bathroom were clean. The only complaint was the raggedy looking bedspread full of holes, but everything else was fine!

It was an awful experience, first because when i arrived, the girl at the lobby told me that I hadn't any reservation. She never wanted to see my printed confirmation (already paid), and her way to address to me and attitude weren't helpfull. After 20 min trying to understand what was the problem, i asked for a manager and this last girl (blonde) it was who resolved so disagreeable situation. After receive the room, i received a room for smokers, and i had asked non-smoker room. Again I had to beg (literally) for changing the room asigned. I doubt come back again bye.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The bed was not comfortable at all and the hallway was a little noisy.

Stayed at the Baymont for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Conveniently located for that, and the price was right. Free Wi-Fi was nice, free breakfast was Ok. However, the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, there were holes in the blanket on the bed, and the bathroom sink drain was broken. Didn't use other amenities.
