The Floridian Hotel and Suites

Just beds, bathroom, and tv. All halls smells as cigarrets, awful. You can use it just to pass by. Like a cheap motel. The breakfast is just cereal, bread, donuts, chocolate, juice and coffe. Fitness room just hace 3 cardio machines.

The location is very good, the hotel is a little bit old, but clean. It's small with plenty of parking space. We had a little problem with the AC, but they switched us to another room. I lost my brand new pair of shoes during the moving, but they didn't charge me for the resort fee. I would recommend for people in a limited budget like me.

It is a good location, right off International Drive so it's close to all things Orlando. The hotel and rooms are clean, staff is pleasant. Price was good, but they hit us with a $13 "resort fee" when we checked in, I thought that was pretty opportunistic. At check-in the man at the attractions desk gave us nice maps and explained the lay of the land, he was very helpful. We were going to Sea World and wanted a property near-by, it's ten minutes by car. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Our bathroom fan was inoperable, everything fogged up when you took a shower. Our peephole was damaged, so we couldn't see out the door at all. Nice TV, but no channel guide. Breakfast area is much, much too small - nowhere for us to sit and it was very difficult to even get to the counter to get the food because of the cramped space. The back door to the hotel had no outside key access, it was more convenient for us to park there and use the back stairs but we couldn't get in from the parking lot. I would not choose this hotel again. There are tons of hotels there, I'd pay a bit more for a nicer stay.

Staff was great. Hotel & room were clean. Nice breakfast.

the staff was very nice however the rooms where disgusting! I didn't what to walk barefoot in the rooms.

Basically，it's ok，only one thing that is unacceptable,the staff lied to me about the schedule bus to universal studio.

with this hotel that is a true statement. its a cheap price and boy does it show. great location however the rooms; the stinch in the hallway. urgh.,. i paid a little bit more and stayed across the street.

This hotel is completely average, and it should be under the 2 stars category. For starters, it lacked simple, basic stuff in the room, like an iron, ironing board, simple toiletries. I called the front desk asking for an iron and the ironing board, they could only find an iron and I was told I had to go pick it up at the front desk because the person couldn't leave. Oh, and the breakfast sucks!

This hotel was conveniently located a block away from International Drive, with access to the I-Ride Trolley and a shuttle to Universal Studios. Close to several food options and free parking also made it very convenient.

The location is good. It is off the busy main drag but still well within walking distance or easy driving distance to Disney and Universal. The rooms reminded me of a hospital room, clean but sterile. Good value if you are traveling with a family, but don't expect anything special. This is a bare bones hotel.
