Sheraton Vistana Villages - All Villa Resort on International Drive

My family and I stayed at the resort for a week and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The villas are perfect for our family, we get to enjoy being in a hotel without the hotel feel. My daughter loved all the pools and had so much fun just walking through the resort seeing all the ducks and fish. The hotel is well kept and the staff is very friendly.

Not a 4 star could be better guess services could have better people skills in person and over the phone and when theres a problem and leave a message with the general manager he nevers calls back he leaves it to his assistance to take care of it which most of them don't fix the problem they try to hide the problem.

The resort and the room we stayed in was beautiful! Great amentities including a (pricey) restaurant within the resort and a great store only steps from the rooms. However, beware of the time share stalkers who work for the hotel, they try to bribe you constantly thoughout your stay to go spend time with an agent and see their space available for purchase. Even after two, "no thank you"s, they still called us as the crack of dawn to try and get us to attend. it was very frustrating and we had to get rude with them. Also the cleaning personnel were not friendly and one day did not even show up! There was several lizards (and their feces) and cockroaches found roaming our room.

Pool area was great, lots of options for kids, and a quiet pool for adults. Staff was SUPER nice. Room was great, all in all it was a good experience. This is our 20th trip to Disney, 5th with kids and would consider staying here again. FYI for future guests: construction was going on, which I wish we would have known about ahead of time, it was inconvenient to be woken up that early on vacation. We were in a building at the front of the property- closest to the street, being on a main drag it was a little on the noisy side. Were supposed to be given a folio on check in for room charges, but were not, so this caused some confusion, and waitress said this happens often. We had a rental car, but I was surprised to find out the theme park shuttles were not complimentary.

Great hotel for family vcation to Fla. Hotel has good amenities for kids and lots of activities. The hotel was located very close to Sea World and Discovery Cove which was great.

we combined my husbands convention with a family vacation. The Resort is on International Blvd, same as the Convention Center but far enough away for peace and quiet. Every staff member was very pleasant, more than the usual polite staff. The pools are great including the activities going on all day long. The restaurant was ok, a little pricey, small menu. My only negative was the house keeping. After the first use of the spa tub it was never cleaned again or the shower. The glass kitchen table was sticky and had big greasy hand prints all over it. I could have made comments to the staff but we were too busy for that to be an issue. In all, we really liked our home away from home and want to return. It is a great family place, will go again someday.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for my adult family of four. We had plenty of space, the place was very clean and we had no problems with the staff. The only thing that I would recommend is that you unplug your phone if you don't want a 8am wake-up call on that first morning (wanting us to do a timeshare.) Because of a flight delay, we didn't get check in until 1am. Not happy about the wake up call. We were close enough to Universal without being right in the business of it all. We will be staying here again.

I am not a huge fan of staying in hotels... But I do not mind staying in this resort at all! It is great. The pools are great! The rooms are super clean and nice! The staff go above and beyond. Just a really great place to stay.

The grounds were beautiful and security was great. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly. The Marketplace was convenient and well stocked. The furnishings in the villa were a little worn, but the kitchen had all the necessary items.

Very nice hotel with many amenities: heated pools, laundry in room, very spacious and clean room. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Orlando.
