After 50 stays, BUYER BEWARE
The new owners ripped out the Safari theme and replaced it with just ordinary. This was always a motel with 2 swimming pools, not a resort. But now besides big increases in room rates, they tack on a $9.95 "resort fee" plus an unreasonable $10 parking fee (parking at the Marriott next door is FREE, as it is in the surrounding area.) So count on $19.95 in annoying hidden charges before you book here. We stayed at this property over 50 times in 10 years, but do not like their new greedy attitude.

good cheap option for Orlando conference. ice machine only on floor 3 and 5, but less ice machine noise. wife said room service was within 15 minutes. close to I4 for quick travel to conference.

Great location, great rate
Lots of lounging by the AMAZING pool. The tiki bar was awesome. The location of the hotel was ideal, large selection of resturants & close to many attractions. The Sheraton Staff was OUTSTANDING. Great attitudes, the best customer service I have experienced in years.

Nice family getaway
I was traveling by myself on a business trip, but it had a nice pool that families would enjoy. The inhouse restaurant was OK, but there were plenty of family and higher end restaurants within easy walking distance. Located a few miles from the Disney complex. Rooms were quiet and well isolated from traffic noise.

substandard sheraton hotel
Vending machine and Ice maker access is only on every other floor. Hall ways appear dirty and have a musty smell. I thought Sheraton standard will be maintained but was disappointed.

Good place
When I arrived the guy who were at the check in desk said that my room was not ready and I had to wait one hour before I can get to my room. It was with great disappointment that I got the news but I had to wait after 45 minutes I went to ask if he is taking care of me and just at that moment he handed me the Key of my room. Something they need to work on.

Very Friendly Staff
The Sheraton Safari Hotel was a very nice place to stay. We had to switch rooms, because the rooms facing the road were noisy. The staff was very helpful in changing rooms. Made the stay very enjoyable. Rooms were clean. The balcony was a nice place to set in the evenings. The pool are was set up nice for families. The hotel was close to places to eat and also Disney Market Place.
