Ramada Convention Center I-Drive Orlando

The staff was very friendly and that is about the only good thing to say about this hotel. The room was very old and outdated. Starting with the bathroom: Rust stains in the bathtub, hardly any water pressure - washing hair was an adventure, paint was coming loose all around the bathroom since there was no vent for the moisture to escape, mysterious spots of something on ceiling and walls. Moving on to the bedroom: dark stains all over the ceiling, Dust webs all around the room on the walls and ceiling and the carpet looked like it was never steam cleaned.

While the hotel location is quite convenient to all the parks, I have to say that is has a severe damp and mold problem. The rooms were clean, but the moldy and damp smell were quite bad! Next time I would definitely opt for something else. I know the weather has a lot to do with it, but I stayed in other hotels in Florida which never had this issue.

Hotel is not a 3 stars hotel. It's almost a motel. I left the hotel in the same day and I went to another place. I also paid for the new hotel.

Very old.. needs to be completely renovated! Not a comfortable atmosphere.

Original rooms were small and noisy. No water pressure in showers. Next day was given two new rooms. Same problem with no water pressure. Water just barely trickling out of shower head. Staff said hotel was old and due to Florida hard water the lines were all clogged up. She told me this was the reason for the lower price of the rooms. I did not know I had paid a lower price. A/C did not work in new room they gave me. Called down to lobby and was told no one was available to fix but I could switch rooms again if I wanted. Too much trouble to move again. They did fix the a/c the next day though. We stayed for 6 nights and rented 2 rooms. I think the hotel is more of a 1 star hotel. I would not stay there again. The staff was great but the hotel is very dated and in need of a tear down.

We checked in on sat.nov 28 09 at about 2 am tired from the flight the only thing my wife & i had in mind was to rest; but instead we had to clean our own bathtub which was full of hair, remove more hairs from the bed;and when i called the front desk i was told that they did not have anymore rooms .We used our own towels from home to put over the sheets hoping to get some sleep. i told the front desk about it;and also told the lady that cleans the rooms on my way out the next morning; she said that it was going to be done and she was going to clean the room. Our surprise on our return the sheets were NEVER replaced and again we used our towels over .At the end we never got clean sheets and on monday at 12 noon when i ask for additional 15 minutes for my check out all i got was an attitude from the lady on charge of the cleaning crew. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again ,and will make sure people i know will not make the same mistake i did.

TV shorted out and burned internally. Staff was not helpful at all. I had to move to another room after I had already completely unpacked. On my last day, my cab to the airport was arriving at 12:30 - I asked for a late checkout of 90 minutes (standard time is 11 AM) and the staff would not help me out. They were FAR from completely booked that day.

was on vacation and the first day there was no electricity, room was very small and crowded, there were only two people in the room also. window leaked when it rained. forget about getting breakfast in the morning, so crowded you cant even step foot downstairs. there is no water pressure, period. and no free shuttle to the area parks, like most other hotels in the area. make sure you do your research before staying here.

Did not like this hotel at all.Was very disapointed when i arrived.The room was damp,sheets on bed were damp and the room smelled of dampness and must.Furniture and linen was very old.Breakfast was terrible,had to stand outside to eat it as there was not many seats and not a good selection of food.Would not stay here again

THIS HOTEL WHICH SHOULD BE REALLY NAMED A MOTEL WAS IN A GREAT NICE AREA SO U WOULD THINK YOURE GOING TO BE STAYING AT A NICE SPOT BUT IN ALL IT WAS NOT NICE ROOMS ARE OLD AND ALSO STINK.. ALSO IF UR LOOKING FOR THE FREE BREAKFEAST JUS BE PREPARED TO EAT THE SAME THING EVERYDAY!!!! WOULD NEVA NEVA STAY AGAIN!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!
