Friendly and Helpful Staff
We used the hotel to crash after long days at Disney. The laundry services were great because this allowed us to pack lighter. Liked being able to pick up Starbaucks from the bar in the morning. Bar staff was very friendly. They had free chocolate chip cookies which made a delightful treat.

This is not in reference to the hotel but to Orange Lake Resort Orlando which operates a discount Disney ticket package if you agree to take a sales tour of the Resort. They assure you it will not be high pressure. It is very high pressure. When we said no to the first sales person, at least 4 other sales people came out trying to offer different condo sales packages. They will try to play the opinions of the husband and the wife against one another if they start to see one wear down. We were exhausted after this 2 hour sales attack. It was not worth the savings. The sales tactics are a reflection of Orange Lake Resort not of Radisson.

great hotel close to all Disney Parks
I was running in the 1/2 marthon at Disney and I want to stay at a hotel close to the Disney property. The location was perfect and the price was right. Very clean and spacious room with great service.

Family Vacation at Disney World
Family of 4 vacationing at Disney World during the last week of Dec. We were at a Disney Resort in August, 2 yrs. ago . It was too much waiting for the transportation and limited food selections, so we decided to stay in a non-Disney hotel and rented a car(no parking fee at the Radisson :->, but at all the theme parks :-<). The Radisson is at a great location, it's less than 10 minutes from most of the major amusement parks. Many restaurants are nearby, with walking distances. We were on the 7th floor with a great view of the city. - Room Service & beds: good, beds have firmness controls - Bath w/ one sink and shower/toilet combo: too small for family of 4 - Pool: not heated, that why I did not see a soul in it for 6 days. The weather was also unusually cold too. (50s-60s) - Hot tub: was heated, ~ 10 people size - Cable TV: 42" LCD w/ basic selection - Internet was free, but connection was almost impossible.

This hotel is average.
The hotel is rated #1 on another site but I don't get it. Yes, the rooms are clean, but everything else was just average. The hotel is located right next to I-4 (noisy) my room was right next to the top floor elevators (noisy). The sleep number beds are not for everyone (me). Even discounting the negatives I have listed it is only average with slightly updated furnishings/electronics.

GREAT!!
My family and I went to Universal and Busch Gardens for the day and horror night as well, it was right on I-4 which is VERY convenient. I stayed a few nights on an upper floor and one night in a lower floor and the wireless internet was very poor in both rooms, other than that we had the best time. Did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, there is so much to do in Orlando, but it's definitely the place to be for a good night sleep to recuperate for the next day. Loved the hotel

Great alternative to park hotels
Much much cheaper than the park hotels and far higher quality than those in the parks of comparable price. If you can tolerate a short drive or adhere to the hotel's complimentary shuttle schedules, this is an excellent choice.

Great hotel in a great location
The location was fantastic--minutes from Epcot and Universal Studios. The room was large and very clean, with a beautiful bathroom, microwave oven and fridge. Nice room amenities, including Sleep Number beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to try the fitness room or pool, but they looked great. This hotel is 100% non-smoking and we would definitely stay there again.
