Radisson Hotel Orlando - International Drive

The location is very good and most of the staff (especially the guys during evening and night) are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet which is important for me. I cannot live on cup cakes and coffee everyday as breakfast. The wireless internet connection is poor. If you are there for a business trip, it can be disturbing. There is a $10cost per night for parking, access to YMCA Aqua, .. whether you use it or not. You need to click on the hotel details to see this additional cost!

The hotel is OK...but the shuttle stinks!!!! Please do not rely on the shuttle service...They say they have a shuttle, but then they did not mention that it runs only once a day to these parks... and that too for universal and Seaworld way too late... The universal shuttle is scheduled at 9:20, but never shows up before 9:45-50... The seaworld is scheduled at 10:40 in the morning..r u kidding me?? the park open at 9:00 And on the day we wanted to go to seaworld, the shuttle did not even come...we waited till 11:15 and finally had to take out car..( luckily we had rented a car as well..) The front desk has not idea how the or who to contact for the shuttle whereabouts...they were like.. I am calling transportation, but then they had no idea who the driver was and who they were to contact.... we literally ended up wasting 3 hrs...( as by the time with the parking we reached the park at 12:00) It really stinks with that..... Good luck with it...

Close to all the points of interest and only a short walk to affordable restaurants.

pros: - big and comfortable rooms - clean - free shuttle to attractions - luggage hold for free before check-in and after check-out cons: - super slow wi-fi when used inside the room - location: somewhat far from theme parks, but quite close to outlets didn't have time to try out their resort services, but still have to pay the resort fee

Very bad experience here. Called earlier to verify that a hotel shuttle traveled from hotel to Universal studios. They failed to mention it only runs once a day. So we took the hotel shuttle. Driver claimed to have no change for $20 for $14 trip. Sleep number beds did not work. We talked to the bell hop the night before to reserve shuttle to airport. He said $35...the next morning the driver said $45...poor communication or just a scam...I am not sure...Avoid this hotel. Attempted to call hotel manager to complain. He would not answer the phone. So I wrote him an email...no reply. Resent email...no reply. Next step is to complain to corporate....

The Radisson on International drive is a very nice hotel in a very good spot. My wife and I have stayed at 3 other hotels on I drive in the past and this is our favorite. It is clean, well maintained and well located. However, the free wireless internet is awful. It drops out all the time. Sometimes you have to log in 3 times per page you try and load. We just gave up and didn't use it at all. They also have a low water toilet that does not flush well. It took us a couple of days to get the trick of how to make it work right rather than use several flushes each. But, aside from those two things, it is a good hotel. And, I would take it over the other three in the area we've used.

It is situated in Good Location.. Breakfast Buffet in the hotel is average and too expensive..Coffee shop in the lobby was good.
