The Radisson Hotel Orlando - International Drive is located in the heart Orlando. Noise rooms
Would not go back. Noise rooms, slow Internet, our phone was not working, and after tell then 4 times, two days later, still didn't work...staff tried help, but not much result.

Great for our family
My family and I had a great time at Radisson. We were rarely there because we were out and about, but it was comfortable and affordable. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. I called the front desk for a rollaway bed and they brought it up within 10 minutes. I also called them for an extra blanket and they were at our door within 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. The mattresses looked new and housekeeping tended to our room daily. If I had to pick a negative, it would be that the pool is quite a walk away compared to other hotels. Other than that, it was perfect for our family!

I ordered a handicapped room and it was not available when we arrived. We stayed in another room and had to move the next day to a handicapped room!! Also ran into odd fees for the use of the YMCA on the grounds, Wi-Fi and parking $10.00 daily. We found no use for any of those things. No food at the hotel or by the pool as advertised. Pool towels like paper towels. They DO have a Starbucks in the lobby and the staff is great! They made every attempt to make our stay a nice one.

Great location
Hotel was located in a perfect location to visit all of Orlando's attractions. First room smelled smokey. Hotel had 2nd room ready that was fine. TV sound was broken and never got it fixed.

Nothing to write home to mom about
I was excited that I was booking an affordable vacation with my family at a 4 star rated hotel. When we got to our hotel, it was ok, nothing spectacular. It is in a great location for things to do and places to eat. But the hotel room bed the first night was not a sleep number bed. The mattress' were HORRIBLE. The nice staff did change our room promptly the next morning, to a room that was JUST checked out of. For us to come back to that night still not changed. The sleep number bed is not worth any special advertisement. Not a nightmare experience, definitely got our monies worth. a place to sleep and go on your merry way.

careful with extra charges
We had to pay 70 extra dollars for some alleged tour buses that we didn't even intend to use but were supposedly included and mandatory. Also somebody from the staff made a call and they wanted to charge us for it, though they acceded to remove it when we disputed it.

Bed bug infestation!!!
This hotel had a bed bug infestation! I woke up with bites and saw the bugs crawling on my sheets. When the management was alerted they were apologetic but not surprised; they only comped one night, switched me to an equally shabby room, and refused to comp the second of my two night stay. I would certainly avoid this hotel - it was dirty and the management was rude. Find another hotel on I-Drive
