Quality Inn International Hotel, a Rosen Hotel

Good location,clean rooms,good service,free wifi, near lots restaurants ,pharmacy,shooping area and outlets

Fast check-in fast check-out. Just the breakfast is discusting!! The only options are Bacon & Eggs!

Four of us had a two twin-beds room which is clean and comft. It close to the Universal Studio with free shuttle. Only thing is you probably hard to get the free shuttle to go to the park at holiday season, but it only cost $10 to get there by car.

rooms are updated and very nice! Except when running around with the rooms when I was sent to my room and it had not been cleaned or ready yet.Had to drive all the way back to the office to get a clean room or wait, that was an inconvience to me! Especially it felt like 100 degrees outside and had to do all this running around cause they did not have it together!

Me and my family was there for 7 days the room was very clean the pool was near by the other guess were really nice and the staff was also great, I can't wait for next year to go back with the rest of my family...

The location is terrible. Difficult to get in and out of hotel due to traffic on International Drive Towels were in terrible condition - torn and old and thin. Sheets on bed were stained, and I don't believe they were ever changed in the 2 weeks we were there. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, nor were the floors mopped / vacuumed.during our stay. Although we had the air conditioner on Maximum Cool, the room was overly warm. There was a constant fast drip in the bathtub. We reported the drip and the hotel did send someone over, but the drip (thin stream) was still present after it was supposedly 'fixed'. Although there was a guide in the room listing the TV stations available, The stations we were actually able to get was entirely different from those listed in the guide. The food in the main restaurant at the hotel was absolutely awful. The selection was very poor, and there was nothing that a diabetic could safely eat except for the salad bar which was not too bad. The food was also very expensive for what the restaurant had to offer. In the future, we will not be staying at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and with a very convenient location, however the free shuttle service to the amusement parks has only one schedule, I think they should advertise this situation so people don´t think it is like in other hotels where they have at least three different shuttles during the day. The wifi in the rooms is so week that it only works if you are near the door and the people in their IT service can´t seem to know their jobs, because their answer is"go try the wifi at the lobby" ???? In my view their service is average

Over all everything at the hotel was very good with the exception of them allowing pets to stay there. I am a pet lover myself but we had a dog in the room next door to us. Whenever the owners left the dog barked non stop. Even though we called and went to the front desk they were never able to contact the couple in that room to get the issue resolved or said they did not get the message. We had to request another room which I did not appreciate having to load everything up to move. Upon check out after having a lenghty converstion about not being happy about that whole experience, they offered us a free breakfast which I refused and told them I wanted to be given a free night stay. They agreed to the free night on our next visit. Nice place just make sure you don't have a pet next door.

Great! 2-star price, 4-star experience! I'll come again next time.

Really love the Rosen Inn had a great time staff was wonderful and friendly. They had great buffet as well and a great location
