Top class hotel!
If I could improve two things it would be to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Parking was an extra $17.00 nightly. Maybe there should be discount for guests. Very convenient for Disney and Universal. Staff lovely, all very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a car so very convenient for everywhere. You can get the I-Rider free of charge from the hotel but we did not use it so can't make a comment. I just think you need a car in Orlando.

Dissatisfied
We got in late but they were notified in advance. We were booked for a "Superior" room (2 double beds or 1 king bed). The lady at the front desk said we were being upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed. And we had the option of getting a free fold/rollaway bed. That should have been a sign. When we got to the room on the 14th floor, it had a large living space but with a Murphy bed that was probably a double. It did not look comfortable at all. The bellboy even said that the front desk always says it's a king and all the people he's brought up to this type of room always complain. The bellboy was nice enough to go down and request a different room with a king or double beds, what we were supposed to have. We were moved to the 25th floor to a room that had a king bed but was probably the smallest room they had, it was tight. We were too tired to move another time. Besides that, everything else was good to great.
