Parc Soleil Suites by Hilton Grand Vacations Club

We really enjoyed our stay at the vacation club! The pool area was the best part.

After staying at countless Hilton locations as well as many of their affiliates, this hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The resort itself out of the way (in a bit of an odd location). It is also unfinished - two towers on a large construction lot. The room is spacious and provides many of the comforts of home such as a microwave, toaster, mini fridge etc. There appears to be two closets, however one is locked with no way to get in. However, the maid service is a bit questionable. After returning after two very long days at Disney World, the room was not swept, glasses were not removed and the shower was not cleaned. I did make a complaint to the staff and they were incredibly apologetic. The amenities are great. My only complaint is that one could easily get locked into the pool or fitness complex if they chose to use these services after 11. The gym is marketed at 24hr access. However, if you do not like elevators and choose to use the stairs, the only way to escape is the elevator after 11.

Let us check in at 10am-very new hotel- granet counter tops, glass shower stall, free internet two pools with water slide and lap pool. 5 hot tubs, 1/2 mile jogging track-good gym. Kids indoor play area with adult supervision for 5yrs and up. Will stay here everytime in Orlando

My husband and I wanted a quick weekday getaway and the Parc Soleil was perfect.

The room price along with good reviews I read made this hotel my choice. The staff were very helpful and energetic. The hotel offerred free in building parking, free internet, and a kitchenette. The air conditioning was a little loud but I find that to be a problem in many hotels so I am used to it. If you are visiting Sea World you are very close, but we were going to Disney and it was a 15 minute drive. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

this was our second stay at this hotel and once again, a fabulous place, cleanliness, facilities and particularly the staff.... couldnt fault a thing... will definately be going back. congrats parc soleil on a wonderful property , facilities and staff

This hotel was beautiful on the inside and outside. The pool was nice and clean all the time. The Cons: this hotel charges their guest to use their computer and their is a charge to take a van to the disney parks.

Best Hotel Service, can't wait to return. Helpful staff and the hotel is a short distance from all the attractions.

Accomodations were great. Very courteous, helpful, and customer/guest oriented. Great pool area / food was very good. Centrally located - was able to go to beaches on both Gulf (Clearwater) and Atlantic (CoCo beach) sides. Resort is brand new (1 -2 yrs) and is located in newly developed area - not congested/easy to get to & from, would definetly go there again....

This resort suited us perfectly. The location to I4, the Disney Village and the Airport (528) was easily accessible. The accomodations were above average and we stayed in the King Studio for all intents and purposes was very nice. The bathroom was extraordinarily large in contrast to the overall square footage. Better use of space would be suggested. The only complaint our overall party had, and we had a total of 5 rooms on various days, was the loudness of the AC unit. When it went on you definitely noticed the sound and it seemed to switch too quickly from AC to heat. Overall review is a 4, I would stay again, but maybe in the one or two bedroom units.
