The Hotel provides a high quality alternative for a wide range of travelers because it offers added amenities not found in many other hotels. The Hotel is within walking distance to an abundant number of shops, restaurants and nighttime entertainment. Also serve complimentary flavored coffee and tea in lobby 24 hours a day for those who get up early or stay up late. All rooms also include microwave and fridge for the guest's convenience.
Guest to pay $3.10 per room per night as a resort fee, which will include pool towels, use of in room safe, transportation to Disney Theme Parks daily on schedule, continental breakfast, local phone calls. This is payable directly to hotel and not included in prepaid reservation.

Guests beware, value is not always best.
We will never stay here again! We were given a standard room, but paid for a deluxe, they just put in a fridge and micro in, as my husband is disabled and couldn't walk the stairs and had none on the first floor. The hotel LOCKED us out the first night because THEY forgot to swipe our credit card when we checked in for the $5.00 extra fee. How rude and unprofessional after a long day in the park. The staff was overwhelmed and not able to handle the front desk check in crowds. The internet is NOT free in the room, they charge you. We asked for wake up calls each mornings and never got them. There were ants in the room and other creatures lurking, don't leave food out for a minute. The bartender was drinking as much as the customers and the language from the customers was unspeakable, and there were children present.

Broadway Pizza, Doesn't look like much on the outside, the food is authentic NY style and the salads are awesome. They deliver too.

I was surprised that I had to pay a $15 HOTEL FEE when I arrived. What is that? The room I was in was clean.The halls need all new carpet. DINGY. Faucet broken and maids did not clean well. Sandwiched in between 2 major thorofares it was so noisy. The coffee was not good and cheap creamer. The lobby too small for relaxation and crowded as well. I was not happy.

Good value for basic hotel
We had stayed here before and had a good experience and decided to book again. The first problem we ran into was the key card maker was broken and we had to have the maintenance man let us in our room for the whole stay. We chose this place for the low rate for the rooms and we did really like the value. Unfortunately, the other thing that we did not like was that someone went into our room without our knowing or permission and switched out the tv remote even though it worked fine. Also, the phone in our room did not work for the duration of our stay. The staff was friendly and apologetic and refunded us one day of the room fee for $5. I like the value, but wish that the experience was better.
