One Day Getaway
From the location and outside appearance I was surprise how clean it was inside! Not much of amenities to enjoy but still a $5 charge a night for them. Any staff that I came in contact with was extremely pleasurable. Not bad for a quick place to stay on a getaway. I'd definitely use them in emergency again :)

Pleasant surprise.
We just needed an inexpensive hotel to spend the night after Disney. When we arrived, I was taken aback at the lobby,grand piano,winding staircase and decor. Very impressive. The room was very nice and quite large. The manager came up to the room to help me get a wifi signal, as I had just recently gotten a laptop. The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. An excellent meal for the price. We were informed that they were renovating all the rooms, so that any small detail will soon be a welcome improvement. Close to shopping and dining and a short ride from Disney world (20 minutes) We would choose this hotel again, gladly !

Grand Orlando
Overall not to dissapointed, although i would have expected the room to be more up to date with the price they offer. The location was great.

nice enough for a short stay
The Orlando Grand might have once been a grand hotel, but it has become a little shabby around the edges. The room was clean, but fixtures were rusty, and needed updating. The bed was clean and comfortable, and every room has a balcony. The location is okay, but don't go for an evening stroll in the surrounding neighborhood ( the correctional facility is nearby). You might consider parking your car under a light. The staff were polite enough, but not very warm and welcoming (except for the bellhop). If I had to, I would stay here again, but I might not specifically choose it.

Good getaway weekend
The staff are very friendly and helpful, clean and spacious all the amenities you need from kids pool, and spa, kids theatre and even a church , my only gripe is that they are transitioning between TV operators and the twice we have stayed,the rooms we had there were no children's stations, staff arrived at the room thinking the tv was broken and explained the transition, other than that no complains very nice stay and will stay again

Worst motel ever stayed
We stay in this hotel around 12/25/2012 for one week. The facilities are not in good care: paintings are peeling off and metal parts are rusty. NO refredgerator, NO coffee maker. Most of all, it lies. The wireless network does not work at all, you can not even print your boarding pass from the lobby PC. Also they will coax you into signing some form that charges you 5$/night for "resort fee".

I had a horrible time at this hotel. It was dirty. The floor was wet. When I went to wash my hands, the sink knob came off

shocked mom
Terrible dirty rundown
terrible experience...elevator smelled of diesel gasoline, walked into room and noticed the bathroom floor had water on it because the pipe from behind the toilet was leaking, called downstairs and they wanted me to wait for maintenance instead I said I was coming down at which point after waiting 4 minutes for the girl to get off the phone I advised that I would be checking out. Worst hotel I had ever walked into, I never noticed it was rated as 2 stars..It really should be 0 stars
