International Palms Resort and Conference Center

It was a nice hotel the only thing I didn't like about it is they didn't have a flat screen tv the tv was old the beds were comfortable they didn't have lotion in the room but I had a good stay will stay again

Washroom need to upgrade... Bugs everywhere...... But location is perfect.

Magnificent..close to everything. Shopping, dining and family oreinted activities.

The staff was fantastic... very pleasant and very helpful. Pool area is nice ... room was standard... overall great experience and great value

There are some shops restrants. Hotelstaffs are very helpfull.

Towels and beddings are white and clean. Room is sparkling clean. Room service, phone operator and receiption area staff are friendly and helpful. When asked other members of guest. They all heppy to stay in this hotel. I will strongly recommend my friends to come and stay. I would like to thank the lady staff Doris who offered her 101% of help to me and I regret that the day I checked out and she had a day off. I could not thank her and hug her. Doris, thank you very much and made my trip very comfortable because of you.

This was probably a nice hotel 50 years ago. The room itself was fine, but the overall property is run down, and badly in need of repair. The elevators are beat up, the ice machine was inop, and outside the room, it was dirty. The work the maids did was sloppy, forgetting shampoo (three days), leaving behind things, etc.

I was there to hang out with family and friends, the pictures do not give the REAL story about this hotel...after driving 7+ hours to Orlando, I just wanted a clean room and a clean bed. The hotel is really old and was undergoing renovations. The staff was very nice and accomdated us with our millionth request. The good things about this hotel is that it's central to EVERYTHING, great views of EVERYTHING(if you have a room way up, but almost makes you wish you had the hotel room across the water...), and wonderful staff. The BAD is that the hotel was old, scary and dingy. Needless to say, Marriott was called the VERY NEXT night for about 10 bucks more! It gave me ideas on where to go next time I would be in Orlando because it's right on the strip.

I called the Hotel prior to booking my trip to ask about wi-fi...three out of four days did NOT have wi-fi. Was told to use the Business "Room". Not what I signed up for. The entire reason I traveled down to Florida was for Twitter, a Social Networking Service for the Shuttle Launch. I needed to be communicating online. I looked like an idiot b/c I couldn't get online. Front Desk Service was unexplainable. The last night I was there, I dialed the Operator for a wake-up call. There was no answer. It was almost midnight & I needed to be up by 6 a.m. b/c I was flying out. I got dressed & went to the front desk and asked for a wake-up call. The Woman working at the desk told me to go back to my room & call the Operater. I explained that I'd already done so & I wouldn't have gotten dressed and been talking to Her if I didn't have a problem. She immediatly called for Security as if I was some sort of threat. I explained what the issue was, but was completely offended by the Front Desk's action's. I found the Hotel so sub-par that I only slept there...and I actually really didn't even sleep. I actually cried on my way back to the room and hoped the night would pass quickly so I could vacate the premises as soon as possible. I was given the wake-up call and was out by 7 a.m.
