Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean. The pool is great .... Good hotel for family vacay's. The only thing is that there is a hotel surcharge for shuttle srvcs and pool. The shuttle srvc does cater to Disney , so the trip was extra money and longer . For Universal is much more accommodating. Other than that I loved this hotel , I would stay there again..FYI: REQ D - Block rooms , close to pool and renovated.

I don't think any hotel should be charging for use of the pc's. to use the internet was $.25 per minute and to print $.75 per copy.you have to buy a card to use the pc, the pc takes a minute to boot up and close out all the updates it wants you to do. I bought enough for 2 min and 3 copies ( my eticket home) the pc was logging off after a minute and the cost to get more time? $2.00 minimum! that is horrendous!! This is the first hotel/motel i've stayed at that even charged to use the internet. And the most i've ever had to pay to print out anything was $.10. To add to that, they didn't have a room ready for us when we arrived. They said their check out time was 4pm we arrived before noon. I thought that online travel agent had given the wrong information until I was at the desk to check out and overheard the desk clerk telling a customer check out time was 11am. go figure. The staff was more than helpful, location was good if you are into all the touristy stuff. close to the major tourist areas walking distance if you are a walker.

Stayed 3 nights. good family budget hotel. Not a 5 Star hotel but neither are the rates. Room was spacious and clean. A little outdated, but for the price was perfect. We were gone during the days to theme parks.Came back to clean towels & made up beds each night. Very convenient location--2 Mins from universal. & lots of restaurants within walking dist.just what we needed.

The hotel is ok. It's is in a great location. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Awesome place everything was super close just didn't like that it rained so much n room wet at entrance

I went to Orlando for a much needed vacation for a birthday getaway for my daughter and me. But sadly this vacation came crashing down. First checking in this hotel is not till after 4pm and the girl in the front desk was not helpfull. I was told we would have to wait so we had to walk around instead of being able to relax after our flight. Then when we arrived back the hotel key system to the rooms was not working, so I had to wait for someone to walk me to the room and open the door. Finally in the room I thought we were finally able to relax, but that did not happened. Soon after laying down I noticed ants that where crawling on the bed, ants in the bathroom, they were everywhere. So I called front desk and the guy said they will take care of it but no one came. So I went to the front desk and complained about the ant problem and they moved me to another room in another building in the middle of a rain storm. The next room also had ant problems but not as bad as the first. Also they claimed the hotel has been remodel is not! After all that they still charged me a resort fee, which they call it a convenience fee. But this hotel cost me many inconveniences! Then I found out that the hotel had me checked in for 4 nights instead of the 3 nights I was suppose to be schedule for. Overall not very happy!

Washroom need to upgrade... Bugs everywhere...... But location is perfect.

This is in a great location especially for universal as if you prefer not to drive it's within walking distance, vast array of restaurants for all preferences .

Magnificent..close to everything. Shopping, dining and family oreinted activities.
