Holiday Inn Resort LAKE BUENA VISTA

The rooms were clean and roomy, staff was friendly. Close to a lot Disney World, Sea World, etc. It also has a pool and an exercise room, which was nice. Only thing I didn't like was the rooms had adjoining rooms seperated by a locking door. I don't know if all the rooms had it but you can hear your neighbor through it most of the time...might get akward at times..

Just off I4 near key locations (Disney, Seaworld, Universal) but turnoff was very crowded even at 11pm. Hotel is on a major road - but you can only yurn out of the property in one direction - so to go to the nearby Starbucks, you either have to be willing to cross a dangerous highway against the signs or turn right, drive about a mile, do a U turn and then come back. Waited about 30 minutes in line to check in, a about 11pm on a Friday evening. Got a smoking room when i asked for non-smoking

Staff was very helpful and very clean. This hotel was built for kids and everything an adult would need also. Great stay and would recommend to my family and friends .

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff members, from the bellmen to the front desk, were very kind and hospitable. The hotel provides information and tickets to attractions, such as, Disney and Universal. As well, the hotel provides a shuttle service to those locations. If you get back late from your eventful day, still needing food, no need to worry, Applebee's is attached right to the hotel and is open till two o'clock in the morning. If you don't want Applebee's during the day, there are many restaurants to choose from right outside the hotel within walking distance. There's also a convenient store inside, which was actually very convenient. The pool was great, and they even had pool next to the pool...literally, there was a pool table, as well, ping pong. The room we stayed in was wonderful: we had more than enough towels, the shower head was awesome (seriously, that water was crazy soft), the room had a mini fridge that wasn't too small, a plasma screen TV, and a very comfortable bed. We were well taken care of, to say the least. All that to say, my wife and I were very thankful and refreshed during our luxurious stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista.

It took me quite a while to actually find the hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised once I had. I knew they had refurbished the hotel last year, but what I found was a hotel that looked brand new. I was given room 117. If I didn't know better, I would swear I was the first person to rent the room since the remodel. It was immaculate. Sparkling clean, and everything in the room looked brand new. Two large, lovely beds with four pillows in each bed...and two spare ones in the closet. Even though there were only two of us staying, each day we had four lovely bath towels, washcloths, etc. Also, we had a very nice refrigerator and microwave that looked as though they had never before been used. Now for the TV. At least a 56inch flat panel with all HD channels. AC was great as well, no bad odor coming from the unit. The pool is lovely and clean. The first three days we were there it was so cold I coundn't get in it, so I mentioned it to maintenance, and the next day it was warm and welcoming. Plenty of chairs around the pool as well. The Tiki bar was only open one of the seven days I was there, not sure why that was. There is a 12dollar a day hotel fee, but if you shop around you will see that nearly all in the area have a similar fee as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is easily a four star. The hotel was very clean and had a great pool and jacuzzi area for the price! Hotel looked as if it was recently renovated so it was very nice and modern looking. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Applebees is in the hotel, which is nice for food, but service was poor and food at this location was not much better. It's across the street from Chic fil a and Wendys. Also, 711 is right next to the hotel which is great for morning coffee! No continental breakfast here. It was about 2 minutes from the Orlando Outlets and about 10 from the other outlet on International Drive. Free parking and shuttle service is included in the fee paid at the hotel check-in. Very few to Universal so we drove and more for Disney, which was nice. Overall, if you want a nice, clean, reasonably priced stay....STAY HERE

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The front desk clerk, the bellhop, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant people made our stay at Holiay Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista a VERY enjoyable experience.

Well asked for a handicap room as I just had hip surgey 2 week before got stuck on 5th floor no handicap last day i guess the hot water was worked on and ran the water for 30 min. then had to take a cold shower as had to be at airport it 7:00. Not a happy camper!!!
