Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

We recently stayed at the hotel while in Orlando visiting DisneyWorld. We chose the hotel because of the value when comparing to the Disney (on property hotels). They have their own shuttle which is shared with the Waldorf (right next door) which had frequent service to and from the various parks. The buses were never full, so we never had to wait for a later bus and they were always on time. We also selected because of the pool. We knew that we would be spending part of our time there and it did not disappoint. The pool was great. My kids (6 year old twins) loved the pool and the lazy river and they kept it at a very comfortable temperature. I felt like there was a good mix of people there. The hotel wasn't packed with families with young children which can be overwhelming. There was a good mix of families there with young children and families with older children (high school and college), and then people there just for business. I felt like it was a good escape when leaving the parks. The food was good at the casual restaurants, we never ate at the nicer restaurants but I assume it was good too. Yes, the food is overpriced, but that is the way it is with every hotel. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. Pool service could have been a little better and bathrooms were a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 children, but for the price it is what I would expect.

PROs: While this is not within Walt Disney World Resort, the location is nice if you're looking for a more exclusive place close to WDW. The provide high quality shuttle service until late at night if you don't have a car. The hotel and room are clean and spacious. We had a corner room so it was very quiet with a wonderful view of the pool. Service was very friendly - they even called after check-in to make sure we were comfortable. You can buy WDW tickets at the concierge without any hassle. You can walk and share amenities with Waldorf Astoria next door. CONs: The shower pressure was very weak. Lobby/public area can get a bit noisy with work functions/conventions. You have to pay for self-parking. While the shuttle bus to WDW is convenient and comfortable, it may take around 45 minutes to reach your destination as it makes rounds to the different parks. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and I think this is one of the nicer and well-managed Hilton hotels.

Everyone at the hotel were welcoming and nice. Loved the hotel! Very clean, which is crucial when you are traveling with an infant! :) The only negative is we booked the room with a king bed and got a queen size and parking is pretty steep at $16 per night. :/

Highly recommended, loved it here! It is right around the corner from Walt Disney World.

Our recent one week stay was nothing short of spectacular. Highlights on this trip were; - Courteous staff, right from the bell hop, check in, car parking, reception, cleaning staff and the numerous wait staff in the Harvest Bistro! - Brilliant meals - Special thanks to the wait staff for their entertaining and energetic attitudes which kept our two young ones entertained and well fed (kids under 5 eat free, which is a great perk). Food was filling and there was just enough variety to keep everyone happy. The buffets they had over the holiday season were great and well worth the small wait necessary due to the Hotel being fully booked! Breakfast buffet in particular. On one occasion our 5yr old wanted fish and chips (not on menu) and the chef obliged her with some of the best fare I have ever tasted. - connections to Disney - the bus service between the hotel and the various parks was frequent and well ran! Times were well listed and buses were punctual. Bus drivers were entertaining and made the trips enjoyable. - one downside was a smell in the room after check in, which smelt like someone had been ill. The cleaning staff responded well to our request for a further clean. - though we were not packed for it, the pool area was amazing, a real water park indeed! Next time we will bring our swim gear. Overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend it for anyone traveling to Disney (or Legoland) with kids. Complements to management and staff!

My family and I stayed at the hilton bonnet creek the week between christmas & new year. EXCELLENT hotel. Everything was very clean. The pool was great for kids with the lazy river. We only ate off of property once. THe Italian & Sushi resturants were both great!! Shuttle service to all Disney parks was on time every day. THe only thing I wouldnt recommend is going to Disney - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and Time !!!!! Took our 6 year old daughter I'll never go back.

Stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a few days during a holiday in Orlando. The amenities are nice, particularly since you get to use the facilities at the attached Waldorf Astoria. It was great to be able to kick back and enjoy a nice resort area on days when the Disney crowds got to be a bit much.

Checked in and had to pay to park my car in their parking lot. Then changed rooms twice. 1st time because was given a handicap room as a mistake. Second time had to be moved because the room was close to the stairs and for some stranged reason it was making noises everytime people will go by. This happened around 1.15 am. After already trying to sleep. Very annoying. The most annoying part was paying for parking around $11. Awful. Would not recommended.

I had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were great and the facilities wonderful. I highly recomend some of the restaurants. Not cheap but worth it,

A very good value for the money. Room is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. View of the golf course and the pool is outstanding. Shuttle to Disney Resort is one good amenity. Families with kids will enjoy this resort specifically those pools. Will stay here again on the next trip to Orlando.
