Great hotel, better staff and ideal location
I stayed at this hotel Easter weekend 2012 and was so impressed with the cleanliness, value, staff, support and the sense of welcoming that came to the families visiting the area, that I told myself I would begin to make it an Easter tradition to not only get to Orlando for Easter annually, but to stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn. I just came back from my second year being there for Easter weekend and I was just as pleased. It was great to have the same staff greet us, same sense of a family atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, ideal location and the shuttle service is such an added value that can save on taxis here and there. I look forward to going again next year!

Great location....Needs help on a couple items!!!!
Needs some assistance on getting the Shower and Sink "WATER" to not smell like sulphur. That was a major issue - once out of the Shower I felt like I still smelled the sulphur. The room key had to be reset 2 times during my 2 night stay. The staff up front said "It won't be the first and it won't be the last" - Interesting.........great Customer Service! I won't be returning to this Hotel even though it's a great location.

Super location
Unfortunately, the room was a standard room, not a suite like advertised. The manager apologized and was willing to accomodate. The hotel was good, location great.

My mini vacation in orlando florida
From the time I arrive to the hotel and checking out was just great. I most definitely recieved star treatment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was something that I thought was very special, one of the cook staff prepared cookies every night at 7 p.,m. I thought that was a very nice way to show the guest how much they enjoyed having us there. I look forward to returning next year and the year after that.

Visit as many of the attractions as you can, the shopping was great too. There are many dining spost to go to as well.

Good family getway
We went to Epcot an extraordinary theme park, the reason why we came to Orlando. One thing missing is breakfast, we paid 29 $ for some fruits, too expensive. This is a good hotel, rooms are really big.

Remember that Sea World shuts down at 10pm so be ready for a lot of noise at 10:30 till ???

Affordable Fantastic Family Getaway
This was our first family vacation. We flew and did not rent a car. This hotel was in the perfect spot. The food was incredible and reasonable. Every staff member offered service with a smile. We would stay at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at Sea World again!

You can walk to Sea World in 20-30 minutes. This is great if you miss the shuttle or want to sleep in; but still have time to enjoy yourself at Sea World.

What more can you ask for.
Right when we walked in [...] greeted us and helped us. The room was small but it was clean and had a great view. I didn't like how the room had a connected door to another room because there was kids next door and they were LOUD! I couldn't sleep...even the adult that was with the kids were loud. Other than that, I had fun and the shuttle bus saved us a lot of money! couldn't have asked for more! Price was great! $400 included hotel and round trip from MN to FL. :P Thats all.

Shuttle bus was free and saved us alot of money. All we had to do was tip the driver. :P
