not what we expected

The hotel was far away from the main roads. The bed was so hard we both had back aches in the morning. I've stayed at many Hilton's and this is not your typical Hilton. Very disappointed. We will not stay at a Hilton again.

spring break

Wow, what a nice and family friendly visit.The front desk clerk Ebony was most gracious and friendly. My grand daughter and I were in the lobby a few days after checking in and Ms. Ebony said "Have a good night Mrs. Miller", and my granddaughter said how does she remember your name ,with ALL the people that are here? We will be returning here for sure!!!!!

Weekend getaway

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. We were very disappointed with the bed. We had a king bed that was extremely hard. There were controls on the sides that adjusted the firmness, but they didn't seem to work. We also tried the breakfast buffet. It sounded good, but we wished we had just gotten fast food instead. Our hot (made to order) food was cold and tasted terrible. I didn't think you could make scrambled eggs taste that bad. The pastries were stale. Overall the hotel was okay, but don't try the breakfast. We won't stay there again.

great stay

our hotel stay was great i really have no complains. right across the road from all disney parks and a whole bunch of great restaurants not even a mile away. the only problem i had was the air system in the room... it was either too hot or too cold couldn't get the room to stay at a good temperature. other than that i would recommend this hotel

We left one day before, not a hotel for babies

The baby crib was extremely tough so our baby could not sleep. The assistant manager said the crib was in compliance and did not offer any refund or option. We left one night before losing 90 bucks. Very bad experience

........EXCELLENT

........awesome trip,nice and courteous services by hotel staff.everything is good and i love the breakfast serve at the hotel for only $9.99.can't beat that anywhere.in general everything is good except for my room tv that was messing couple of time,will definitely use this hotel again. hilton garden inn hotel is just about 5mins drive to universal studios.

Very nice hotel near Disney

We shopped at the Factory Outlets that are less than a mile away. The hotel is new and was very well maintained. The Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I booked my reservation I inadvertently asked for a smoking room. The clerk found us a non smoking room right down the hallway within a minute of me asking for a non smoking room. I will definitely return to this hotel again. A free continental breakfast is not provided, but they do offer a hot breakfast as a modest price. They have a business center, fitness center, pool and free Wi-Fi. They also nice room to accommodate parties or business meetings.

Overall good experience

The beds are incredible comfortable, I slept like a baby!!, the breakfast buffet was good and inexpensive, good experience overall.

Great location for SeaWorld.

Very close location to Sea World and a quiet room. But did not provide shuttle to Sea World like other inn/hotels. Also did not provide breakfast considering this town is family oriented. Would be willing to pay a little more to stay with inn/hotel that provides continental breakfast.
