Family Vacation
The suite was neat and clean, smell good and spacious . We had our own kitchen, dinning area and living room. The pool was clean and nice size. The landscape was beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was decent, it varied daily. Close to International Dr. and all the parks. Overall we enjoy our stay, we felt comfortable and safe.

Nebraska couple
A little sad
The welcome at the front desk was under-whelming. The room itself was not very clean. The bed needed an upgrade. But most of the hotel needs an upgrade, too. If you are going for the breakfast, you should skip it. There are better places.

Great value for your money!
Everything was perfect. The breakfast was really good as well as the happy hour. It was very familiar and quiet at night. The beds were really confortable. The location is very good. The staff was very friendly.

Wyndham Hawthorne Universal
Staff was not prepared for volume at breakfast. Never had enough plates, silverware or food. Free shuttle to parks only runs once a day and pickup was too early in the evening. Park at the park yourself

Great place to stay
We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and liked the service, free shuttle to Disney, the rooms (suites) and pool and hot tub, so we decided to stay here again. Once again, a good experience. It would be nice to have more flexibility with the shuttle times. It was a little bit of a time crunch to get breakfast in before leaving on the early shuttle. Overall, though, a good place to stay.

great value for families
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast had something for everyone and filled my large family. Shuttles were available, but we didn't use due to small children in our family. We drove to Disney parks each day which was only 20 minutes from door to door. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Restaurants were close by. Walmart was about 10 minutes away for groceries for the kitchen and laundry detergent. We will definately stay here again on return visits.

never ever again
This is the worst motel. The photos on the internet are so wrong. the room is so small was. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a suite but that suite was so small. the carpet so dirty. when I called the front desk to clean the carpet. the said tomorrow. and never show up. mold in the ceiling. I wonder if anyone ever seen it. the towels at the pool are like hand towels. guest smoking everywhere, by pool when kids are around. Not recommended all.

Great Value and Location
After shopping online and getting sticker shock at some other hotel prices, we "settled" for this hotel because of the location, kitchens, free parking and free breakfasts...but really didn't have high expectations. It turned out to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and decent, and the breakfasts were quite good, especially considering the number of guests served each morning. If you're looking for a good "home base" to go explore theme parks all day and then come back to relax and sleep, this is just the ticket. Great location, easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Use smart phones to order carry out on the way home from theme parks, especially during peak seasons like spring break. Virtually every restaurant along International Drive can have very long wait times for seating.
