Christmas in the sun !
Hotel is in great location for all attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable , bathrooms need updating as taps leaked and wasted water so not very conservation friendly. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff super friendly . No real management to be seen . Many people complain about the breakfast but many still come and take all they can carry up to their rooms so it cant be that bad .Its well prepared just no varied if you stay a week or longer its a bit boring but hey its free so if its not your style go to a diner there are plenty around. Would definitely stay there again.

Good clean and quiet hotel, in a great location
We used this as a base for our trips to Universal Studios and Disney World. Both are within a few miles and the freeways from the hotel are tollfree (a big deal in Orlando!). The hotel and room was clean and tidy, the hot buffet breakfast a nice surprise, and the pool and outside bar nice in the evening. Smoking is allowed outside here in FL though, unlike some states so be prepared. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was easy to access and the rooms were fully equipped with what I wanted. This was one of the dirt hotels that serviced a full breakfast. It was minutes away from all the parks. Most of all I got to spend it with the one that I love.

Staff service really lacking in this hotel. From the time of arrival until departure there was a true lack of urgency & care overall. Room was not ready when stated, shuttle does not come to this hotel for the convention center, trolley is close but you will not get any info from staff regarding this service so look it up before you go. Attempts at upgrades were lacking - new tile, but crashes in drywall, sloppy paint all over hotel & broken tubs in both bathrooms. However, it was quite economical - you certainly get what you pay for....

Everything about the hotel was great!!
We had the hotel room with 2 dbl. beds & the bedroom was seperate from the living room, which was great. I did not expect that at all & that is such a great feature for myself. It allowed my mother to go to the bedroom to lay down & watch tv as well as I could sit on the couch in the living room & watch tv. There was also a mini kitchen area which was another fabulous feature. The hotel also had a complimentary big breakfast that had eggs, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee, ham, yogurt & much more. The pool area was very nice with great landscaping. I recommend this hotel & I will definitely be staying here again!!

The hotel is also close to everything. It's seconds away from International drive and major freeways. Every place that I needed to go to were only minutes away, from attractions to dining... Great location!!

Decent
Great location, decent hotel. The hotel is older and could use a remodel, but it was clean. The housekeepers are really friendly and go out of their way to help and accomodate guests.

Orlando get away
Good location. Well water so bring bottled water. Spacious rooms were clean. Free breakfast was not very tasty. Heated pool a plus!
