The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel was located in the midst of a number of good and varied restaurants. The hotel was really not convenient to our route and it took about 30 minutes of city driving to get to the hotel. Other than that it was fine.

Great family getaway
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great and really helpful with everything. The breakfast was great and the afternoon snacks are really good . The shuttle service is great going and returning to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for any family stay. It was quiet and spacious. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

There were several restaurants and pizza shops within walking distance from the hotel. They were never really crowded.

Theme Park Getaway
Extensive free breakfast & coffee/tea/cookies in evenings. Room amenities included: microwave/fridge/safe/coffee. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to theme parks. Close proximity to Universal parks, further from Disney parks.

Amazing hotel
All the staff are very polity, attentive and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The room is completely confortable and included a big tv. The price is fair too. There is a shuttle available to Universal two times a day. So, it's worth.

good value
This is a typical, clean, friendly, nice, Hampton Inn. Which is a compliment. Great convenient location, and a very good value for the price. It is close to all the attractions, as well as I-4, and the Millenia Mall. Hampton Inns can be hit or miss, but this one certainly falls into the hit category. I would recommend this hotel.

Take a second look
We stayed there last year and thought it was fantastic. this year was another story. They have changed the shuttle timings in the "OFF" season. You need to know that this is still a business, so don't be fooled by the "FREE" shuttle service to all the parks. You will lose 2 hours + if you want to go to any of the Disney parks. Needless to say we won't be staying there again. Too unpredictable timings for the shuttle.
